We hired Jordan to do a complete redesign of our website, including updated graphics, color schemes, layout, and updated functionality. Our goal was to have a more modern looking site that is easier to maintain with the ability to have all current versions of WordPress and Plugins. 

Jordan started with our old site, converting all of the information over into the new design, and we worked back and forth making revisions and changes. We worked closely as we worked through each section to get it ready to launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new site launched with few hiccups and those were quickly and easily fixed. They were more on our end than Jordan's. It took a little longer than we had originally planned to go live, yet again the delay was on our end.

After Jordan created the initial design, we worked back and forth to get the look where we wanted it. He always was prompt to respond to any questions, corrections, or changes needed. He was always professional. Always approachable. Extremely flexible and patient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jordan's ability to listen to what we were looking for, his ability to be flexible to the smallest changes, his willingness to teach and share his expertise so we can continue to maintain the site. His development of a block system using WordPress to create the site makes it easy to do updates on our own. 

When questions would come up, he sometimes would create a video tutorial that walked us through what we needed to know so that we could learn and understand how to do something. They are really exceptional.

I don't think so. The whole experience was very good.

The most impressive aspect of Hire Jordan Smith is the eye for design. He has a great working knowledge of branding, creating the sophisticated look we were so sorely lacking.
