We selected Hinch Digital as a it came as a recommendation from a very trusted friend. Also, Hinch Digital were extremely helpful a easy to deal with, available at al hours and full of excellent honest advice.

Hinch Digital helped us identify opportunities and strategise a way to achieve this. They assisted with website content, website optimisation, blog writing and keyword targeting to achieve this.

Withing 12 months we were on the 1st page for some very competitive keywork search terms and has lead to many leads and sales.

The thing that amazed me about Hinch Digital was their ability to get excellent results with limited budget. Their work ethic, honesty, ease of partnering, and results were remarkable.

Hinch Digital came highly recommended from a past agency I worked with that had worked with them. I was looking for a boutique agency where I would be able to speak to my representative easily and without too much fuss. I wanted to ensure I was treated individually and with someone who would take the time to understand our business and products.

The campaign involved search engine optimisation and increasing my online visibility in Google and other search engines. This includes onsite optimisation and content writing, technical SEO and link building.

We were looking for help with our SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hinch Digital has been providing us with SEO services for the last few months. We've worked closely with Chris (Owner) on keyword research and developed strategies to improve our Google ranking. Their team provides us with a breakdown of the stats of each keyword so we can adjust our strategy as needed. 

As part of the strategy implementation, my team implemented changes to optimize our website. We made several changes to the site's homepage, adding links to help the website rank better. We also added SEO-specific pages — Hinch Digital recommended every change we've implemented. Their team also helped us integrate visuals into the site to make it look better.

I work directly with Chris. 

How did you come to work with Hinch Digital?

Hinch Digital was recommended to us by a customer we'd worked closely with. The customer passed over their details, and Chris began working on our project before we started paying for his services. We had 5–6 meetings before officially kicking off the partnership.

We've invested around £2,000 (approximately $2,400 USD) with Hinch Digital.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Hinch Digital began in November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The content we've added to the site at Hinch Digital's recommendation has improved our Google rankings. When we first started, it was hard to find us on Google because of our larger market competitors, but now we're ranking number one when searching for our company's name. In some cases, we're ranking on page one. We've noticed more site traffic originating from other areas because of our new SEO efforts. We're still working on improving our SEO, but we've noticed that traffic is generating from the keywords that focus on precisely what we want our customers to see our services as. 

How did Hinch Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Chris handles all the project management; he always meets our deadlines. Communication between us is excellent. We have weekly meetings through Zoom, where Chris runs us through the backend of our Google search volumes and keyword positions. Whenever there is a slight change in our page rankings, he'll send us a quick message and breaks down the information further in our weekly meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hinch Digital's communication is the best thing about working with them. I've worked with other businesses before, and poor communication always kills the relationship for me. There are always delays, but clear communication about them is vital. 

Secondly, the results they generate are amazing. We invest a lot in our SEO, but it's necessary to build up our online business. The results need to be good to justify the investment, and Hinch Digital's results, getting us to rank on several pages, have been fantastic. Chris isn't someone who does the work and fails to communicate why; he provides in-depth reasoning for all of his actions. That information has broadened my knowledge, and I know what we can do in future ventures to gain power over Google rankings. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Hinch Digital to improve; we get the results we want. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd suggest sending Hinch Digital a message to inquire about their services because Chris won't pressure potential customers to sign up immediately. He'll ask if customers want to meet to discuss his services and their business. Together, the partners will organize an SEO plan, and Chris will explain how he thinks he can improve the customer's business. Customers won't regret messaging them.
