What challenge were you trying to address with High Level Marketing?
We had used local providers to help with our marketing needs, but we were ready to take our efforts to the next level, so we hired High Level.

What was the scope of their involvement?
High Level worked directly with me and our leadership team to take us back to the beginning and rebuild our brand. We've been around for 13 years and are really known for our owner, but they helped shift our brand so that we would be better known as a nutritional clinic. They did this to highlight our actual services and not just the people behind those services.ย
The team redesigned our website for a more polished, professional look. They even interviewed our owner and some of our key providers in the clinic to determine our vision and bring that to fruition. We kept our logo, but High Level enhanced the aesthetic surrounding it. When the project began, we had only been doing nutritional programs, but they helped us develop both our therapeutic programs and the web pages that promoted them.ย
High Level also took the content from our previous website and fine-tuned it because it was a bit too wordy. To make our site more user-friendly, they simplified the verbiage and added animations and videos that matched our new aesthetic.
Now, they are providing SEO services and have set up paid searches for our Facebook and Instagram pages. They're also helping our in-house digital marketer generate posts around our monthly theme.
High Level holds our hands through the process of reaching past our local community, and the team is educating me on this certain aspect because Iโve worked for years in marketing but do not have any background in digital marketing. We've also begun writing blogs for the website.ย
What is the team composition?
We worked with one of the owners and eventually went with his right-hand person who does everything for me. They've recently brought in blog writers as well.
How did you come to work with High Level Marketing?
I wasn't involved in the initial contact with High Level, But I believe our owner saw them at one of the medical conferences she was attending. We interviewed a few different companies but were most impressed with High Levelโs customer service and attention to detail, so we decided to go with them. They understand the nature of our services and everything we do in-house, and we liked that we didnโt need to educate them anymore on that front.ย

We were initially paying around $78,000 a year, but weโve bumped the rate up to $96,000 a year, so weโve been paying about $8,000 a month for the past eight months.ย

We signed the contract in December 2019, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
High Level provides me with a monthly update of our website metrics. It shows how many people have clicked on the site, how many have viewed the videos, and how many impressions weโve gotten. The numbers are impressive, but what we really noticed was an influx of phone calls; there was a dramatic difference. High Levelโs work has really made the door swing and the phone ring in our clinic.
How did High Level Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is excellent in that whenever I need something, I can always contact them. Their turnaround time is excellent and theyโre able to pivot for us on a regular basis. The team has established a very friendly relationship with us and has really been our partnerย in taking our business to the next level.
Besides being really good at educating me about how Google works, High Level is also very versed in one of the new services weโre promoting. They're able to advise us on what ads to create since it's a little tricky to do marketing for this new service.
We typically communicate with them through phone or email. Theyโve created some spreadsheets for us to better track our marketing activities, posts, and the phone calls that come through the clinic.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about working with High Level is their willingness to really delve deep and understand the unique services of our clinic. The team really did their homework and hasย helped us establish our presence in the market even with the limitations that we have.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It was more on us than them since we had only just begun learning how to do this type of marketing. We didn't receive a lot of metrics in the beginning, but High Level has become much better at showing us actual figures. It has helped me explain to the owner how well the campaigns are doing.

Build a relationship with High Level and don't hesitate to inform them if you don't know something. They're excellent at taking you by the hand and are incredible listeners. I work at Bloomfield Plastic Surgery. Our owner is a plastic surgeon who practices reconstructions and cosmetic procedures. Iโve recently been made marketing manager and surgical coordinator, and Iโve been working with the company for seven years.

What challenge were you trying to address with High Level Marketing?
We didnโt have a marketing platform before we engaged with High Level, and we were trying to reach out to new patients and market our services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
High Level helped us with the marketing aspects of Emsculpt for our office, which is a non-surgical procedure to build muscles on the abs, glutes, biceps, and legs. They created a landing page where the patients could reach to have more information about that procedure.
Our engagement was initially meant to create an Emsculpt event planner. High Level offered us the option to create media displaying the procedureโs benefits, so we continued to work on marketing with them after the event ended.
They also helped us creating paid ads on Facebook to direct our clients to the new landing page. When the trends started to change, and Emsculpt was not as popular, we changed our strategy and tried to promote some of our other procedures like Mommy Makeovers and Tummy Tucks.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Ana (Lead Customer Success Manager) and met with her every month. There also was a team in the back working with her.
How did you come to work with High Level Marketing?
We were purchasing the Emsculpt machine from BTL. They offered us a pretty good deal, and part of that deal was to work with them on Facebook posting and positioning. At the time, they were called different, and they recently changed their name to High Level Marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2019. However, their name change is more recent. We worked with Ana during our whole engagement, but we decided not to renew our contract for July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Emsculpt was a relatively new procedure in our area, so we were trying to boost it to the public, and High Level helped us providing those leads for us to convert into patients for the office. However, we didnโt get the returns that we were hoping for; we got a lot of leads but couldnโt convert them.
Ana was superb, and our owner was impressed with her work. High Level provided really good services the whole time. However, we were specifically going with digital ads for Emsculpt, and now, weโre going to try a different marketing strategy.
Our engagement ending had nothing to do with the quality of their work, but with the fact that we were going in a different direction. We were very impressed and pleased with Anaโs services.

Ana was great, and she worked with her team as a unity. If she got stuck, she was able to go to her team and come back with the solution, so their teamwork was awesome as well.
We mainly communicated via email, and we had a Zoom meeting once a month.

Two of their project managers are phenomenal to work with. However, I did have some communication issues with one of their managers in the beginning. Occasionally, I sent her emails containing the information she requested, but she would email me back asking for the documents I just sent her. It was frustrating, but we worked it out in the end. We communicate primarily through email, sometimes phone calls, and rarely through text.

They are personally invested in our business. They take a personal approach and arenโt just in it for the money. Their team closely follow our feedback.

Once the High Level staff completed the website design, I myself populated the pages with the necessary technical information. Someone was always there when I needed assistance. They were extremely helpful in aiding me on web problems and taught me how to properly manipulate data to suit my needs.

Several vendors specialized in canned property management or real estate websites, but we werenโt happy with them because their offerings were outdated and not fully-customizable. We selected High Level Marketing because they could create a custom website that allowed to make quick and easy changes at no additional cost. In addition, their CMS was a cost-saver and user-friendly for employees at any level.
Describe the project in detail.
I oversaw most of the project on our end. We had a strategy meeting where they got our goals and some ideas for the design. Next, they built the site and did follow-up design revisions per our requests. We have continued to use their services for SEO and PPC management.
What was the team composition?
The account manager is my main point of contact. In total, Iโve worked directly with three people including the project manager and designer, who handle my SEO and PPC.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Both current and prospective clients have praised the site. Of the four PPC vendors weโve engaged, High Level Marketing is the only one weโve been happy with. The number of new business calls rose significantly after we switched to their team. The other firms just wanted to spend our money and didnโt care about results.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Both the regular reports and check-in phone calls are very effective. Recently, we requested some changes via phone and they responded quickly; the results were immediate. Overall, the team is very efficient and understands our needs; we donโt have to micromanage them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
While several firms can design sites, very few can handle lead generation. High Level Marketing does both well with a straightforward approach.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We had in-person meetings at the start of the engagement, but everything else has been remote. More face-to-face communication would help build a closer partnership.
