We wanted a new website fairly quickly, but we knew building the website from scratch with a lot of ARCH members input was not going to be easy. However the team at High Digital was very well organised, came up with amazing solutions and suggestions and was extremely responsive in requests and they delivered the project sooner than we anticipated, without compromising on the quality of the project.

The project had four phases. Initially, we worked on the design and creative phase, where I provided High Digital with all of the information we had. We had meetings about the buyer journeys and the messaging we wanted. Our teams also determined the website areas that needed to be created or refreshed we wanted to modernize the whole website. 
It was also in this phase that they delivered mock ups and wireframes. We gave feedback on their outputs, and then they made edits. We continued doing this until our requirements were met.

From there, High Digital started building our website; the second phase was focused on the platform’s development. The team built the site on WordPress, incorporating the designs we’d approved while also working on new design changes.

Then, we underwent a user acceptance testing (UAT) phase we tested everything while the site was still on a test server. That included all the pages, forms, and functionality. Then, we provided our final approval. High Digital then handled the implementation, redirection, and launch of the site. After that, we spent several weeks on standby to determine things that needed tweaks or changes.

Since we had software that we needed to sell, the High Digital team created new content and pages for our SaaS offering. As a result, the new website didn’t look anything like the original website except for the logo. We collaborated around the branding and color palettes, though they also provided some of the branding assets we needed. For instance, I provided them with screenshots or GIFs, and then they placed them into frames.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We generated leads on our website; previously, we weren’t able to do that when we were selling our software. Overall, all of the inbound leads we’ve gotten since launching are due to the redesign campaign. We also now have more relevant and structured content on our website than before.

Additionally, I can update the website more easily because the WordPress theme and plugins we’re using are much more user-friendly than what we had previously.

Their project management was excellent, and I really enjoyed working with them. Whenever we had meetings or collaborations, we used Teams. Every meeting was recorded and stored so we could revisit discussions if needed. I also had direct access to the project manager and developers via chat and Teams.

We maintained spreadsheets to track redirects, pages, assets, and copy. During QA testing, we kept a clear list of requested changes, which the High Digital team handled efficiently.
