I am the chief executive officer of the company, and We offer seamless, personalized, and professional shopfitting service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hi-Lab Solution, and what were your goals?

We hired for Logo Design, Brand Identity, and Website Design. Our objective was to establish new business identity and generate leads from the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have found this from my reference, I have found out that they have excellent work capabilities for custom website development; they are such a great example of work seen in their portfolio with a successful case study.

We discussed our Business goal and pain points and then made a strategy to approach. 1st they Design logos, then stationary and Identity Design with stationery design. 2nd create a UI Design for our all website pages 3rd they developed all pages & test it final, we launched the website

I have work with the CEO Sanket Patel and Pratik Thumber who is CTO

Get randomly Inquiry from the Website as well as People appreciate our website concept

there was no particular tool shared with me but as communication use Gmail and call Whatsapp+Zoom

I appreciate their creativity in helping me to build my business, and the concept they implemented for the website is truly unique, providing a wow factor during the website experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I dont think so because they deliver better then I expect
