Hewitt Matthews began life as DigitalDinos when two college friends, a developer and a marketeer, decided to team up. The offering was similar, however, over the years, the services broadened, the complexity advanced and the values became much clearer. With that, it was decided that the business needed to be repositioned with a new brand that clearly communicated what Hewitt Matthews does, how the team approaches projects and what the overall vision is.

I’m the managing director at TDP Agency, a full-service marketing agency that provides digital and direct marketing services to clients in the B2B sector nationwide.

We needed someone to manage our internal digital marketing.

Hewitt Matthews works on our SEO and PPC advertising. They do keyword research and organic listings. We’ve gone through the keyword research together to determine what keywords would benefit us. They also create all our ads and give us ideas on how to improve our advertising.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After Hewitt Matthews took over our Google Ads from another agency, we saw a 22% increase in sales in the first quarter. In the second quarter, they were up by 28%. Since then, it has continued to increase. Overall, we’re happy with their work. We’ll refer them to our clients for PPC work.
How did Hewitt Matthews perform from a project management standpoint?
They do a monthly Zoom video summary of everything they’ve done without being asked. They also arrange Zoom calls to catch up. Overall, they’re always available, and communication is fantastic.
Additionally, we use GitLab for project management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Hewitt Matthews as they are exceptional! We met them several years ago and their ethos and way of doing business is extremely similar and in keeping with our own.

We had an initial design meeting and subsequent meetings to discuss templates and designs. A final hand over meeting was completed with the relevant teams and subsequent contact from Hewitt Matthews is in place for any issues.

We have worked with most of the team, however, we predominantly work with their web developer Duncan!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are currently in the process of launch, however, we have already seen benefits from the ease in which our inhouse team can now develop the website.
