What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They were supposed to publish news stories sent to them. They published a few stories but then ghosted me. I paid upfront for a story on Harpers Bazaar, and I am still chasing my money. Publication not delivered. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
They did not. They were initially responsive and published the first few stories but then asked for payment. Once paid, they did not publish anything more, leaving me in a financial black hole. What was your primary form of communication with Ascend Agency? Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Initially, they looked like a competent PR agency, but all the stories about them online have been written by themselves.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Ascend Agency could have done differently?
Don't take people's money and not deliver what is promised. Don't blame going on a holiday for not replying to a customer. Refund when services are not delivered.
