The scope of work was not simple. Our software relies heavily on real time communication across multiple channels - voice, SMS/MMS, WhatsApp, chat, email, video. To make our mobile apps match the functionality of our web based CRM we needed to tap into the device itself, especially for telephony features.

Being able to make and receive calls smoothly and have access to other CRM communication tools was key. Given the complexity and critical nature of these features, integrating real time workflow events and notification banners was not negotiable.

We also needed to make our activity calendars more usable, which are closely tied to our workflow automation processes. The challenge was to translate the depth and complexity of our web app into a mobile app without losing functionality or usability. We wanted to give our users an experience on mobile that felt as intuitive and powerful as our desktop version, despite the obvious constraints of smaller screens.

Investors may peruse real estate listings, get paperwork, and finalize transactions via the app. We can handle everything, including financial information and customer support, thanks to the admin site they built. The software will be prepared for its official release on the software Store and Google Play Store after the last few features are completed.
