What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hello Outbound delivered significant leads and traffic for our business. However, many of these leads were not high value or carried an extremely long sales cycle which hindered our ability to accurately assess the ROI.

The team was attentive to what we needed when we asked. They delivered revisions and copy in a timeline manner. Unfortunately, we just did not find anything that stuck or delivered especially great results.

They were flexible and willing to tailor an approach that fit our needs. Great insight and data driven.

The long sales cycle seems like a common issue that Hello Outbound clients face. I would have valued some strategies to combat this. I also think a structure that incentivizes Hello Outbound when we close deals would have been beneficial for all parties.

We are using Hello Outbound's software solution. We receive 900 credits to contacts per month, and search the Hello Outbound database for matching profiles that fit our ideal customer profile. We have a number of campaigns live to personalize the messaging to these profiles. Hello Outbound executes the sends, ensuring as many emails are reaching inboxes as possible, and the replies go directly to me in order to schedule meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have signed 3 contracts with leads from Hello Outbound, representing 6% of our revenue since we launched with Hello Outbound. We have had numerous other warm leads that have not closed yet.The number of qualified leads has increased by 30%.

Hello Outbound has been very helpful in diagnosing any issues and finding solutions. They have always been quick to reply and help when needed, even outside our scope.

Hello Outbound is a startup trying to make a name for itself in a tough industry. They are doing this by offering fantastic customer service and delivering a great product that works.

Sometimes it is difficult to track when contacts will be messaged in a campaign which makes it somewhat challenging to know how many leads to enter into a campaign.

We use HelloOutbound's targeting and outreach tools to identify potential prospects, engage those prospects via email and LinkedIn messaging, and then turn them into leads for our sales team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dcode is the third company where I have chosen Hello Outbound as a vendor to help with prospect identification and automated outreach, across very different verticals. Their approach to signal building is unique, and their ability to rapidly iterate and adjust targeting has helped generate leads each time I've used them. 

They're also great partners to work with, as they have a lot of expertise on what works in outreach messaging, so they've been very good at helping dial in just the right copy to get results. An excellent balance of tech/tools with smart strategy, all at a reasonable cost that helps keep CPL and CAC in shape.

Their onboarding process has an excellent structure which gets campaigns up and running quickly. The team has always been responsive to my questions and ideas, and they're also fun people to work with.

The most impressive thing about Hello Outbound is their blend of smart audience/targeting strategy ("How do we find the right people to reach out to?") with smart copywriting strategy ("How do we get those right people to engage?"). It's a combination that has led to great results for me at three very different companies now.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

We measured meetings, pitches, and new client signings. We signed multiple clients and have quite a few meetings on a regular basis.
