Hello Outbound delivered significant leads and traffic for our business. However, many of these leads were not high value or carried an extremely long sales cycle which hindered our ability to accurately assess the ROI.

The team was attentive to what we needed when we asked. They delivered revisions and copy in a timeline manner. Unfortunately, we just did not find anything that stuck or delivered especially great results.

We have a number of campaigns live to personalize the messaging to these profiles. Hello Outbound executes the sends, ensuring as many emails are reaching inboxes as possible, and the replies go directly to me in order to schedule meetings.

We have signed 3 contracts with leads from Hello Outbound, representing 6% of our revenue since we launched with Hello Outbound. We have had numerous other warm leads that have not closed yet.The number of qualified leads has increased by 30%.

Dcode is the third company where I have chosen Hello Outbound as a vendor to help with prospect identification and automated outreach, across very different verticals. Their approach to signal building is unique, and their ability to rapidly iterate and adjust targeting has helped generate leads each time I've used them.

They're also great partners to work with, as they have a lot of expertise on what works in outreach messaging, so they've been very good at helping dial in just the right copy to get results. An excellent balance of tech/tools with smart strategy, all at a reasonable cost that helps keep CPL and CAC in shape.

Their onboarding process has an excellent structure which gets campaigns up and running quickly. The team has always been responsive to my questions and ideas, and they're also fun people to work with.
