I’m an owner of a cleaning service company, we usually take appointments through our website. We have about 12 professionals to serve our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our website to be seen, especially in our area. We wanted our website to rank higher than where we are now to get more traffic and potential clients.

We asked Hedley to help with SEO keyword research, blog optimization and additionally fixing our website to be more user-friendly.

We were in contact with a project manager from start to finish, the project manager told us there would be a few people in their team that would be working on our website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a couple of months, we saw progress in our website. More people were visiting our site, reading our blogs, contacting us and it’s much easier now to find our website in search browsers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective! I can say that they all managed to finish their tasks on time and complete the whole process a day before the deadline so that is very impressive. We had meetings and discussions every now and then to update about their progress and they also listened to our suggestions and did their best to make our website neat.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the performance of the whole team. Everyone was right on track and cooperative as well.

None. Everything went great!

We started this company in 2019 and we’ve had a few updates on our site, but our rankings were not doing well. We were not improving that much in terms of increasing our audience/viewers. We needed to improve our website’s traffic and browser ranking.

I want to improve browser ranking by optimizing SEO keywords. We also needed to improve our online presence, to make our website more visible especially to those who live in our city.

The other company had the same services but a bit too expensive for a growing company.

Once we started working with Hedley, we were given timelines of each specific task. They gave suggestions and made sure that I agreed first before they applied it. Reports were given each month and discussions were being held regularly. They value our feedback and opinions, as well.

We were assigned to a team of 3 but we were usually in contact with the project manager, to get updates on what they are currently doing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few months, they were able to increase our audience! More people were using our site and our services. Most of them are located in our city, so that is great progress for us already! They were able to make our site SEO and user-friendly, and finished it before the deadline.

The project manager was very easy to contact, and very understanding in terms of giving feedback. Seems like the team is also very cooperative.

Persistence is the most impressive. They were always able to give me updates about the project, and they were always making sure that they asked me for feedback first before finalizing the tasks.

We wanted a fully functioning website with a simple design, we wanted to make our pages load faster and have increased traffic to increase our market for freelance writers and enthusiasts.

Once we told them that we wanted to work with them, they started right away. We set dates for discussions at first, then to planning and finalizing the goal of our website. They were very easy to talk to.

What was the team composition?

A team of 4 was assigned to about 3 members, 1 project manager, a web developer and a web marketing analyst. Surprisingly, they were all cooperative right away. We talked to the project manager for most of the time and have been giving updates on their tasks on a monthly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished the project within 4 months. Our website was now working very smoothly, no lagging and even no pop-up ads. It was now looking like a website where users can have good experience when checking our pages. We also had increased traffic after we had our site fixed by Hedley.

Workflow was good. They did their job and constantly gave updates, my team was communicating with them to check each task and most of the time, they were on track.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are easy to talk to, and each member picks up ideas easily. They also didn’t hesitate to ask follow-up questions as well, which I think is a good thing, making the outcome just what we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All the members of their team did great! I think in order for them to improve more is to have more members on the team to help them with being efficient. But that’s just my opinion, aside from that they’re doing great! I’m thankful for what they did to our site.

I’m the owner of an Interior design/renovation service website. My company accepts clients in our area who are in need of renovating their homes, condominiums, apartments and/or small offices.

I only have a team of 5: A writer, 3 of us are interior designers, and my assistant so we badly needed people to fix our website. Hedley was quick in responding! They seem to know what I needed right away, we had a couple of meetings where I talked to the project manager. I told them what I wanted to have or develop in my website and they gave me some feedback and suggestions on what they can do to optimize my site.

The project manager told me that there would be a few people to handle my website, 2 web developers to optimize my website and create a menu to transfer all contents into their necessary tabs. They also assigned a graphic designer to update our company’s website layout and logos.

I am impressed with their efficiency. They know what I exactly needed and delivered right away. The project manager was easy to talk to and was responsive most of the time. People in our area were sending messages and asking about our services and our viewers has increased as well!

Workflow was always progressive. They gave me updates every week about what tasks they accomplished, and what were moved for the following week. We did have a slight delay but it was no problem as they finished the overall project a day after the project’s deadline. Overall, I think they did an amazing job with my website.

Each member knew what they were doing, there were no questions, just suggestions on how to improve it more. I was impressed by mostly the coordination of the whole team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They all have strong potentials and of course, some things can always be done better. But in terms of what I wanted to happen, and the budget, it was all very good. We ended up having a fully functional website.
