I am the Co-Founder of Elity.io . Elity.io helps visionaries transition their ideas into tangible solutions using Salesforce® technology: we are a consultancy with over 20 years of combined Salesforce experience that aims to help visionaries translate their ideas into a Salesforce-based solution.

For what projects/services did your company hire HayotFilms production, and what were your goals?

For our website and online representation the high-quality, informative video up to 2 min was required. Main goal - to explain the core of our business and to represent ourselves as co-founders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The company is award winning production in Prague, as well have a great reference from IT companies. For us it was enough to make a decision.

We started with a discovering meeting. We described what we expect as end result, hand over our script. Once we were agreed on location and timing - we start the shooting of the video. It took us 1 working day to make at the end 2 min introduction video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Hayot Production team under supervision of Otto, the Co-founder.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Excellent communication, professional approach, a lot of experience that was transmitted in a lot of confidence to us. Very fast production time and we had just 2 small adjustment for the end product. The style and the feeling in the video was created from the start for us. We are very happy we choose HayotFilms and we will do so again.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How agile they are in and how smooth they inside processes are for the end clients. They have an amazing attitude, and they understand our vision. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they team to grow and to deliver amazing videos to as many IT companies in Europe as possible

I’m the Group Brand Manager for Ensana Health Spa Hotels.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with HayotFilms production?

In preparation for a convention, we wanted to create an interview-format film to post on different social media channels.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We collaborated with HayotFilms to agree upon the concept and format of the videos. Otabek (Founder & Main Videographer) suggested a studio for filming and made all the necessary arrangements. This included gathering a filming crew and organizing all the finishing touches.

After shooting, their team launched into editing. They ultimately produced 8–10 videos, each of which is about 40 seconds to a minute long.

What is the team composition?

Otabek was my main point of contact. I also worked with some video editors.

How did you come to work with HayotFilms production?

I found them by searching for production teams online.  

How much have you invested with them?

The project came to be $6,775.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted between January–February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m very satisfied with their work. The videos they produced have received excellent feedback from the convention’s organizers, who were impressed by the videos’ production value. The videos were also warmly received by our marketing director. We’re yet to post the videos online, but I’d say that the project went very smoothly.

How did HayotFilms production perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a responsive and communicative team. We communicated via phone and email, and they used Google Drive to share their work with us. We discussed workflow updates as the project progressed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re organized and ensure good execution. They’re excellent for service-oriented businesses that prefer a professional approach over a creative one. They provided great customer service because they even took some additional shots upon receiving our request.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps they could utilize more effective and specific tools like Frame.io over Google Drive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d urge clients to present a clear and detailed brief regarding expectations and goals. That’s quite important in allowing them to best meet your needs.

I’m the head of knowledge management and communications at ICBA, an agricultural research center.

What challenge were you trying to address with HayotFilms production?

As part of our 10th anniversary celebration, we wanted to do three videos—one live-action video and two animated videos.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided them with some footage and images for the first videos. The main task was to edit that footage into a promo video that has special effects and voiceovers.

The other two videos were animations. One was a whiteboard animation. The third video was animation as well. All three videos were 3–4 minutes long and had voiceovers.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Otabek (Founder, HayotFilms production).

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between €10,000–€11,000 (approximately $11,000–$12,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very happy with the final videos. They’re very engaging and very nice. The anniversary promo video serves as a corporate video. We included it in our corporate presentation. It’s very nicely done. We always use it. It helps explain what we’re about in a very nice way. It’s only around 4 minutes along with amazing footage and special effects. It’s a great introduction to our center.

We’re very satisfied with the whiteboard animation video and our management liked the final output as well. It was a very good video. They did a fantastic job on the final animation video, too. We were very happy with the final product.

How did HayotFilms production perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always easy to reach. I could call them whenever I had questions and they kept me regularly updated on the progress. They were always very creative and helpful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re more professional than another local company we’ve used in the past. They really stand out. The final videos were amazing. They were responsive and delivered on time. We had a very tight deadline and they managed to deliver. I was impressed by the quality in such a short timeline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have to explain a lot but it’s their normal process. They did an amazing job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain what you want from the beginning. They didn’t know much about agriculture and we had to really explain everything very well at the beginning before they started conceptualizing anything.

Now we offer events and wedding arragements to our clients  in Czech Republic as there are many gorgeous and famous places in there and it is also very convenient for our customers as it's in the very heart of Europe. Recently we were looking for professionals to shoot our promotional video in Prague. During our search of Camera Crew we found HayotFilms.
