What challenge were you trying to address with Harrier LLC?
We hired Harrier LLC to serve as COO/CTO during a project to replace our association's technology stack, including AMS, CMS, online community, and email marketing platform. We needed a provider that could work equally well with internal staff and external vendors to achieve these goals.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Harrier LLC provided 40 hours of support per month for approximately one year. During that time, Harrier LLC met with staff and vendors; conducted external research; presented alternatives for selection; managed the project to keep it on track, on time and on budget; and served as a valuable sounding board on all issues. The team was directly involved in identifying, comparing, recommending, supporting contracting, and implementing all aspects of this project. The support ranged from advisory to technical.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project was completed on time and on budget to positive reception by our users. One example of the success is an increase in web traffic, up to three times higher on some metrics, including session duration.
