They deliver everything on time, and if they don’t, they always have a valid reason and a backup plan or compromise. As a result, we’ve never had any problems with time management, project planning, and quality of work. To communicate, we use Slack for written communication and calls.

Their pride is impressive. Their recruitment process is rigorous because every single process we hire genuinely cares about the project. There’s a sense of pride in there that shines and breeds positivity inside the business. Happy Team provided us with two mobile aplications both for iOS and Android. The first mobile app is a white label PFM type application. The app is integrated with our digital receipt system and Polish Ministry of Finance digital receipt system. It helps clients to collect financial data (receipts), support return proccess with a cryptographic proof of purchase and analyse financial data (simple charts, summarys etc.) The app has also all the standard functions like various types of login, posbility to add and verify phone number, e-mail address, card data. There is also QR code scaner and displayer of the QR codes. App provides users with starting tips, terms and conditions, log of changes, simple financial dictionary, and payment module. The second app goal is to provide clients of the PayD system posibility of audit who, when and how was using their digitial receipt data. The app enables to add and verify phone number, e-mail adress, card data and displays complex audit log form our systems. Both apps are nice looking and easy to use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We added to our commercial offer additional white label product.

At the begining we predefined quite precisely the scope of work and devided it into 11 functions or gropu of the functions of the Apps. After that we got project valuation. HT participated in our tender and managed to handel quite complex formal process. The first phase of the project was the most intensive. We worked on a UX design. We had many workshops about our priorities and goal of the particular functions or elements of the application. Development, testing and adjustment was a smooth sailng.

Our project was complex on technical and formal level. HT dealt with it fully professional. We strongly recommend cooperating with Happy Team for startups that require a flexible and dynamic approach.

It was our decision to work this way, but we could be less agile next time and setup timeline for development of particular functions of the apps. We would probably resigned from the most time consuming and focus on different.
