I started The Happy Signing Agent, LLC to provide quality mobile notary and signing agent services to Central and South Central Indiana families, title companies, lenders, and real estate agents. 

​Whether it is buying or selling a home or signing a power of attorney, there can often be a lot of emotions surrounding the circumstances that required a notary.  Some moments are overwhelmingly joyful and others can be quite somber.  It is my belief that a good notary can adjust to each situation.

​Prior to offering notary and signing agent services, I had a career in social work.  My experience in social work has uniquely positioned me to offer exceptional customer service to my clients.  I have extensive

experience working with people in a variety of circumstances.  I am also very familiar with the specific needs of seniors and the challenges they can face whether they are at home, the hospital, an assisted living, or skilled facility.  In addition, I deeply understand the importance and role of accurate and timely paperwork.

​I am a commissioned notary and licensed in the State of Indiana to facilitate

loan closings and notarize real estate documents.  I am certified and background screened by the National Notary Association, and I carry a $1 Million E/O policy. 

I cover 17 counties in Central and South-Central Indiana, and I will meet signers wherever is best for them.  I am happy to complete notarizations and real estate signings at office locations, homes, hospitals, skilled facilities, and many other locations.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
