They've seemed to be professional so I gave them a try. I've seen their website which intrigued me. It was the right choice.

After initial contact we started working on the strategy. Within the first 3 months, my income almost doubled and continued to grow. Together we found new ways to engage with clients during the lockdown.

What was the team composition?

It's Renato (owner of HANGAR96) who did most of the job, but a lot of small things was done by other collaborators of HANGAR96. He seems to know people in almost any business sector I wanted to engage.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I wouldn't recommend this company to someone who isn't willing to grow and accept new challenges and opportunities. You must be ready for lot of work, education and training because Renato doesn't accept anyone who isn't willing to push himself to maximum.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As simple as phone call or text message. I told him what I want and he told me what I need to do to get there. Sometimes we didn't agree on the strategy so we tried both ways, his and mine. He's quick to adapt to new challenges and that's what I like.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to adapt to new challenges, however strange they may look is impressive. And of course, applying new ways and strategies that are popular in western countries but not seen in this part of the world. They seem to adopt them very well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Either they will stay like this, small business with enormous dedication to small group of clients, or they'll evolve to a huge agency. It's Renato who gets attached to his clients like they're his friends and some clients are using him.

If he could recognise this little bit earlier, he would waste time on those who are not worth of it.

I work for a nonprofit organization for radio communications in crisis situations. We are amateur radio operators.

We needed help with web development and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

On the web side, they delivered our website, logo design, and social media presence. The website was developed on WordPress from scratch with a custom design. When it came to the logo, they did some research and had us choose from five suggestions.

In the beginning, they helped us with our Instagram profile and our Facebook page and managed our profiles. As we are a nonprofit, we now do this by ourselves.

I work with two people, including the owner.

One of my colleagues found them, but I really don’t know how. They sent us their portfolio to look at.

How much have you invested in them?

It was about $1,000, so it was really affordable. They helped us a lot because we are nonprofit, and they are still helping us.

It started in 2017, and we are still working with them.

We have about 150 members in our organization, and they all say that the website and branding materials are really cool. It’s the best website in Croatia about ham radio amateurs.

They work for us almost for free, and if we need something, then they will help us. If I need some graphics, for example, then I call the owner and they’ll deliver within two days.

We’ve never had any problems, as we are not a company with deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In my mind, HANGAR96 does everything well. They are really friendly, and they always have a solution for everything we need. Their youth stands out, as does their work ethic.

Regarding technical skills, they excel at web design, programming, and marketing. HANGAR96 is always on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I am sure they can improve like everyone else, but I am satisfied with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If a project costs $1,000 dollars, then HANGAR96 will deliver more value for the client. It’s not always about the money with them. For example, if a logo costs $2,000, they will create several examples for you.

D perma rosa is the first luxury brand in the world which use silver in their creations. Behind D perma rosa stands designer of bags and jewelry Jadranka and deft hands of her husband, the master of goldsmith Franjo contributed to the beauty of the decorative details.

For what projects/services did your company hire HANGAR96 - creative agency?

We needed help with our general branding, firstly we named our brand "Urban girl" then we started our Instagram page but returned feedback from our followers was not as we expected.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to start luxury brand for handcrafted luxury items that we are producing. We wanted to increase sales of our traditional jewelry and our luxury bags. Each bag is a unique handmade, made of quality cow, snake or crocodile skin that is not available in significant quantities and has its own unique story,

It becomes a reflection of the woman who wears it. The bags stand out with interesting shapes, most often bright colors, and if it is black creations, then the playful colorful interior contributes to the striking design.

How did you select HANGAR96 - creative agency?

Friend of ours gave us recommendation for HANGAR96 creative agency. We didn't considered none other companies because hangar team had experience in creating luxury brands before creating national luxury necktie, and creating storytelling process for brand. We believed in mr. Ostojić

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

First meet was interview. Renato, Lana and Ana interviewed me and my wife Jadranka (main designer at brand). We wanted name which would combine and reflect something from our life. They offered us branding, ecommerce store, storytelling, copywriting, creating brand persona, behavioural analysis.

After few weeks they created name and logo which went us crying, we were more than suprised. Mr. Ostojić presented: The rose is a symbol of beauty and love for Jadranka, a designer of handbags and jewelry.

The initials of ours children’s names are cleverly woven into the D’permarosa brand name Dominic Patricia Emanuel Rafael Michael and the artistic creations were created under the watchful eye and with the skillful work of her husband, master goldsmith Franjo. So the whole family is gathered together by her eternal rose.

Renato was leading at this project, next to him was his partner Lana and their junior manager Ana.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After we launched our branding and brand story, our collection was sold within few days! All our followers wanted to participate in this because this was ours, this was us! Something that we will leave in legacy, they wanted to be a part of this brand story.

People wanted their bag to become their eternal love story of D’permarosa. They created a luxury brand of unique bags and fashion accessories made of leather created to last because they are eternal in quality and design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We didn't control the workflow, we were informed about costs, starting date and informed about outcome dates, that was it. We gave them open hands to do what they know.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ideas are out of this world! They can think few steps in front, strategy and directions are precise. We tried many business partners, but this became more than a business partnership, they are firstly people with big hearts who believed in us when no one else did.

No that I know.

I’m the head of the speech and language department of Blazi.hr, a speech-language pathology clinic. We work with children from birth to older groups of people. We provide assessments and therapy services for autism spectrum disorders, from language, various psychological, and occupational therapy disorders.

We have 20 speech and language pathologists, one psychologist, and one occupational therapist. As of a few months ago, we only provided offline services. Now, we’re providing online telehealth & telemedicine services.

We needed an online presence to be more visible to the parents and families who need our services. We wanted to establish a network with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HANGAR96 found the basics of our target groups. Their team did their comprehensive research of what we should do, how to become more visible, how to digitalize our services online. They visualized it and built a database online.

They redesigned our website and did our SEO. They did advertising and established a brand awareness campaign. They transferred all of our offline data to the online cloud platform.

We had an old logo that didn’t suit us very well. They redesigned our logo. When we wanted to become visible abroad from different countries, they established an online platform for therapy sessions and assessments. They did a campaign for speech and language pathology. They also gave us recommendations.

What is the team composition?

There’s the CEO, a web designer, and a PR consultant.

The team did full research of our area of specialty. Our area is unique, and if someone doesn’t understand what we’re dealing with, they can’t provide us new ideas or solutions.

We started working together in September 2015, and the work is ongoing.

We’re now first on Google search. They provide us with data on a monthly basis. We have a 300% increase since the start.

Their solutions are very informative and encouraging. We will continue working on new projects. They always have new ideas to provide for us. We’re grateful for their work.

We established deadlines that suit us, and they always meet them. We have monthly meetings where they provide solutions and new ideas with statistics & databases.

Their creative team thinks outside the box. It distinguishes them from others. They’re also professional and complete research without being asked. They’re on it from the beginning.

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Be honest in the first talk. Clarify what it is you need from them. Tell them what your issues are within the company. If you don’t clarify, there will be some communication problems. Make sure you talk about the budget.

We have contacted several marketing agencies but Hangar's understanding of our business altogether with marketing strategy proposal were the best.

HANGAR positioning was able to effectively target potential clients and increase traffic to the FITERA website. The marketing strategy also included the development of a strong brand identity, which helped to differentiate FITERA from other physiotherapy centers in the area.

In addition to the successful results, I was also very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the team at HANGAR positioning. They were responsive and open to feedback throughout the process, and they truly understood the needs of the FITERA health center.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have witnessed 50% increase in our physical therapy bookings altogether with over 100% in online and phone inquiries form the new clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As workflow was based on the weekly meetings and feedbacks regarding the effectiveness of the new marketing strategies there was no pull backs in the whole process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to learn and adopt in the area they never operated before (such as PT) altogether with successful implementation of acquired branding and positioning knowledge were very successful and impressive.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Nope. Everything went flawless.
