One of the primary challenges we navigated was how to effectively thought-share creative ideation. But over time, they made adjustments to their actual process by using better tools and processes to get closer to an ideal of collaboration.  Sometimes there were small creative challenges that had to be worked out so giving this rating only to balance other team members' ratings.

1. WORK AND PAYMENT. 1.1 Project. The Client is hiring the Consultant to do the following: the consultant will activate digital advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok to determine if the client can sustainably scale subscriber acquisition with paid social advertising. These campaigns will consist of a series of digital advertising tests targeting likely paid subscribers. 

• As part of this test, the consultant will do the following: 
• Activate accounts, collect assets & build audiences 
• Assist with pixel tracking and analytics setup 
• Generate a paid media plan

The bespoke nature of reporting. They took the time to properly understand our reporting language and efficiently integrated it into their reporting and their goals.

On the whole this experience was very positive. What struggles we did have when beginning the partnership have since been addressed and fixed. When they struggled with Google ads, they readjusted, brought on better personnel, and completely revamped the campaign.

H Street Digital was hired to aid us in designing, launching, and managing all Social Media Advertising initiatives. These campaigns primarily focused on driving new paid subscriptions for full access to the newspaper's website, with secondary goals of increasing newsletter subscriptions and growing the paper's social media followers. All campaigns sought to scale while achieveing the lowest possible cost per conversion. The paper had no previous paid social strategy.

Hal's team also provided detailed weekly reports prior to all scheduled meetings to ensure a substantive update and discussion. We are very pleased with project management and delivery.

Hal is simply the best. I'm a former Googler whose role included advising thousands of small businesses, presidential campaigns, and Google's largest CES advertisers such as Apple, Inc on digital advertising strategy and implementation. I previously served as Chief Digital Officer for a national organization with tens of millions of dollars in digital marketing budgets and led internal digital strategy initiatives for Fortune 100 companies.

Having worked with dozens of digital agencies of all sizes and specializations, when it came to finding a Facebook adverting partner for my own start-up there was only one agency or person I was interested in working with, and that was Hal, who I can confidently say is one of the most capable and knowledgeable individuals in the field Hal has an impressive background in the digital advertising space. He has worked with clients from various industries and sizes and has consistently helped them achieve their marketing goals.

They understood the importance of a holistic approach to digital advertising. He believes that a successful campaign involves understanding the client's needs, identifying their target audience, and creating compelling content that resonates with that audience. We worked almost entirely with Hal while others at H Street Digital took care of ad comment moderation and some reporting.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a massive increase in the number of downloads for our mobile app. With the conversion rate of users to subscribers we were able to determine that we did not have product market fit yet. We will continue to implement features and will return to H Street Digital when we feel like we have a better product market fit.

Hal from H Street Digital was very responsive to our questions and we met our timelines that were set up at the beginning of the project.
