Guerilla was tasked with the design of a new website including content creation and appropriate imagery and video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The chief outcome of this project was the production of a website that aligned with the brand guidelines and values.  A social media campaign was built to drive visitor numbers and the website needed to underpin those values and support our new messaging.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project did over-run but that was more a reflection of the project scope growing larger during the process.  Guerilla met the changing dynamic with patience and expertise and allowed us the space to develop new ideas supporting us throughout.

There are many things that are impressive about Guerilla: 

• their personal touch and quick response times
• their willingness to be open and honest about what did and didn't work was really refreshing
• finally, their endless patience in our quest to get things just right showed how much they valued and respected us as clients.
