We are an affiliate company of Lice Clinics of America. As the owner, I manage the daily operations and social media efforts.

We wanted to establish an online presence before launching our business, so we searched for a digital marketing agency that could facilitate growth in our niche market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Guardian Owl Digital Boutique began integrating digital marketing techniques almost immediately after we hired them. Their scope of work includes social media, SEO, and PPC ad management. They also advise our staff on effective content marketing strategies. We recently changed our web address, so they helped us update our domain name and links the new URL to all of our ads and previous links.

We mostly interact with their owner, but we occasionally work with other members on their team.

We met them at an industry conference and became quickly impressed by their knowledge and status as a Google partner.

We’ve been working with Guardian Digital Owl Boutique since January 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Guardian Owl Digital Boutique’s success was evident from the very beginning; A client came in four hours after placing the first Google ad online. Business was relatively slow during the first few months, but we've immediately come back busier than ever before. We initially had one location, but quickly expanded to five clinics in two states. Six months into 2018, our revenues have early surpassed all of 2017. There was a small dip after changing the domain name, but we eventually came back busier than ever before. While our ground marketing contributes to some of our growth, their Google ads generate most of our business. As our business thrived, their clientele flourished. We were their only Lice Clinics of America client when we started working together, but they now work with numerous clinics.

How did Guardian Owl Digital Boutique perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m able to take a laissez-faire approach to management because their team is always on top of things. We review our metrics during phone conferences twice a month, but we’re always asking questions and making requests via email, text, and Google Hangouts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whereas previous vendors require micromanaging, their team can manage their workflow internally. They follow through on their promises and consistently deliver outstanding results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their clientele is increasing, so having the necessary resources to adapt to their progress is crucial to the quality of their services and the longevity of their business.

Take full advantage of your partnership and use their knowledge as a resource. A collaborative effort will generate the best results.
