Our clients were very satisfied. GSV responded to problems within the expected time, and they gave us good feedback. There was some client prejudice against offshore resources, but they overcame that.
How did GSV SYSTEMS LLP perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed to the requirements and the timeline. The client changed the scope frequently, but GSV accommodated all those changes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Larger companies in India often can't keep the most ambitious or talented technical workers. GSV engages skilled resources that leave larger firms, which leads to a highly-qualified team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything they could do differently. Their English is good, but some of their team members speak with heavy accents, which can create a bit of a language barrier over the phone. They're very good at working remotely, but it would be helpful to work with them on-site.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Treat them as you do your internal team. They are an excellent technical firm, and they work at a higher level than you might expect. They charge much lower rates than their counterparts in western countries with the same level of expertise.
