The GSM Marketing Agency team analyzed the performance of our website and advertising efforts. Within one week, the team built a new website with more targeted SEO strategies. Once they highlighted specific areas for improvement, they suggested and implemented changes to both our paid and organic search campaigns and our Google Maps ads. GSM Marketing Agency helped get our business approved by Google and certified on Google Local Services. They tracked all of our progress using Google Analytics and provide a report once a month.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re managing the pay-per-click [PPC] and internet marketing campaigns. GSM also helps us respond to negative reviews and get more positive reviews. We sit down once a month to go over results and what keywords they're using. I don't recall them making many changes to our website other than updating some of our coupons and monthly promotions.

What is the team composition?

We mainly deal with one point of contact to keep things simple, but we’ve had meetings with the rest of the team as well.

They marketed their services to us. We also had an existing relationship with one of their team members. We liked what we heard so we decided to give them an opportunity.

Our call volume has definitely gone up thanks to the PPC and SEO marketing. We track incoming calls so we’re able to see what needs to improve and what is doing well. We basically just let them do their thing. Whatever they're doing is making the phones ring, so we're very pleased.

We have a strong relationship with Joey [director of operations, GSM Marketing Agency]. If we have an issue or a question, it's very easy to reach out and we always get a response the same day or the next day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It's a very individual relationship; we don't feel like we're just a number to them. We're still learning so I really appreciate how they show us what's working and what's not working in their system. They’re good about giving us input on what they're seeing in the market, which keeps us informed and ahead of the game.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Like anyone else, we'd like to see more call volume but they’re doing an excellent job based on our budget. I don't have anything negative to say about them.

Their approach to project management is one of their greatest competitive advantages. Because they're a local startup, I have access to their top staff and can get in touch with them right away. They're available day and night by phone, email, and text—and they respond within minutes.

They provide monthly analytics reports that we go over in day-long meetings, which is hugely helpful in understanding what's working and what we should focus on next.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've been really impressed with their passion, constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve within their industry. They're able to grasp new concepts in a short period of time.

I get 3-4 calls from competitors on a weekly basis, all promising to increase the number of patients inquiring about our practice. GSM, however, actually delivers results and backs it up with analytics reporting that allows us to pinpoint exactly what's working for our customers. They provide solution-driven decisions that will have a big impact on our business.

Their approach is comprehensive, which saves us from having to contract multiple vendors. Our relationship has really evolved into more of a friendship.

For us, we only have to worry about losing some of their attention to new clients, but it's not a problem yet—they've been great.

As with any collaboration, the more effort you put into communication and being transparent with your partner, the better your results will be. They can't read your mind or put together a quality marketing strategy if they don't know what your true goals are.
