Grupo Kuo

José Antonio de Juan Jausás (Gran Canaria, 2001) is a Spanish entrepreneur and business leader known for integrating traditional business principles with emerging technologies. He currently serves as Corporate Managing Director at Grupo Kuo, a prominent company in the security sector with more than 2,000 employees, where he oversees strategic development and promotes a culture focused on innovation, excellence, and people. 

In addition to his corporate role, he is co-founder of Klareza, an international company dedicated to video intelligence software, and Universal Security Solutions, a boutique security firm that designs discreet, high-end protection strategies for private clients in locations such as La Moraleja, Marbella, Dubai, and Miami. 

His professional career is supported by advanced academic training in business and technology. He holds postgraduate studies in Marketing Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, completed the Executive Program in Commercial Management at IE in Madrid, earned an MBA from CIBS Business School, and holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Isabel I. 

José Antonio is also the author of Vínculo: The Art of Selling with Purpose in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (2026), where he examines how technology and human-centered leadership can create sustainable value and meaningful impact in modern business.
