I’m the director of digital services at ReMedi Health Solutions, a consulting firm that provides advisory services to healthcare systems.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with GrowthMaze?

With the goal of generating more sales, we wanted to undergo a full rebrand and redesign of our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

GrowthMaze developed a new logo, redesigned our website, and generated new marketing materials for us. This includes business cards, flyers, and other collateral. They also spearheaded our digital marketing by taking charge of all our social media accounts. Their team manages our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and occasionally, they even handle customer support inquiries.

What is the team composition?

The size of the team fluctuates depending on the task at hand, but we usually work with 1–5 members. We have a single point of contact with whom we interface.

How did you come to work with GrowthMaze?

They were recommended to us by a mutual friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent somewhere between $10,000–$50,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2019 and the work is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to their work, the website’s traffic has gone up five- or six-fold. We’ve also enjoyed an increased number of social media followers. We’re seeing continuous growth as we continue to work with them.

We were blown away with the new logo and website that they created, which were both done very quickly.

How did GrowthMaze perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly through text messages. They respond to requests and inquiries very quickly, so the turnaround time on tasks is always impressive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The promptness of their delivery and their work ethic are both remarkable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t really think of anything. They’re doing a fantastic job.

Communication is key; be completely open and transparent with everything.
