I’m the CEO of Solar Possible, a premium solar services provider for large projects.

We needed help with thought leadership and positioning; branding and identity services; website design; email setup; and digital strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

Since we’re primarily a B2B organization, we wanted to focus on gaining the mind share (i.e., awareness or popularity) of our potential customers. We also wanted to decrease the sales cycle time through an improved website.

I was referred to Growthfluence through my network. Joseph (Chief Growth Officer, Growthfluence) impressed me with his knowledge and enthusiasm on the subject matter.

Growthfluence handled all of the website design, SEO, and online marketing. Their team suggested improvements and curated our web content by including keywords in our copy. They also offered recommendations on communicating with third parties.

What was the team composition?

I initially worked directly with Joseph. Then our account was handed off to an account manager and supervisor. We also worked with their creative and programming teams as needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales cycle time has been considerably reduced from more than 180 days to an average of 73 days.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were never any issues regarding workflow. We set a schedule at the beginning of each initiative. Both sides adhered to the schedule, which could be revised through mutual agreement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I don’t really have a good reference point because I haven’t worked with many companies in India. What’s important to me as a CEO is that Growthfluence was reliable and trustworthy. They were upfront about what they could and couldn't do. Joseph was so down-to-earth and grounded. He made sure they delivered what he committed to doing, and he managed our expectations well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. Growthfluence was a solid, reliable, and trustworthy agency.

Initially, they undertook each blog individually. Over time, however, they started participating in strategy discussions about the holistic point of our blogs.

We started working with their head of growth and their copywriter. Once their scope expanded, we began interacting with a strategist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve provided blogs consistently, even though our topics aren’t the easiest to write about. Our rankings on Google have improved thanks to their content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We're in direct contact with their blog writer, so communication and getting changes made is easy. Our main point of contact is quick to handle everything else.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strategic approach to achieving our goals stands out to us. They care about how we reach our goals, in addition to us actually reaching them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Efficiency can always be improved, even if everything can’t be delivered overnight.

We wanted a system that captures leads and follow-ups with automation until it qualifies as a sales lead.

We vetted around 20 vendors. Our team saw that Growthfluence did an excellent job with their previous assignments. After sending them an RFP and having a phone call, we were pleased with what they proposed. Their team was also candid about their results.

Growthfluence created a website from scratch. Their team handled the entire process–from the initial designs to the final migrations. They also integrated the site to capture leads through building a marketing automation structure that pushed data to HubSpot.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, three developers, a growth marketer, and one UX/UI expert.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The platform aligned with our business goals and reflected our company’s brand. It was well-received by our prospects. They’ve found it easy to use and navigate. It’s only been three months, but we’re looking forward to seeing more results in the upcoming quarters.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was painless from start to finish. Our project manager responded quickly with excellent turnaround times. If the team couldn’t get to a task within two weeks, he was upfront with us. We never had to chase them for updates or deliverables. Mainly, we communicated through email and conference calls where we could use screenshare as needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness and investment in our project’s success were noteworthy. Growthfluence’s expertise in our industry is world-class. Their team provided a lot of clarity during the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I was satisfied with how everything went. Maybe they could be more intentional about getting referrals.

I’m the HR Generalist at Radiant Group of Companies. The company provides big data services, cash management, and security solutions to enterprise customers. I oversee the HR data for six different business units.

For what projects/services did your company hire Growthfluence?

We hired Growthfluence to create a comprehensive digital strategy that would improve our employer branding.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our branding score, which would impact the number of referrals we received from our employees. We were aiming for 8–10% increase.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We vetted several digital consulting firms. Team members referred Growthfluence, and we chose to go with them because of previous work they’ve done for similar projects.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After an initial call and project brief going over what the project would entail, we met for a series of discussions to talk about data mining. Growthfluence delivered a recommended roadmap entitled “Radiant Social,” which was an employee advocacy program complete with reference hiring.

There were several steps within the program. First, receive leadership buy-in, then orient the team around “Radiant Social.” After organically onboarding the employees, an active repository of digital assets will be created. That included internal stories, product announcement, a corporate blog, case studies, and e-book content.

What was the team composition?

Mathew (Operations Manager, Growthfluence) was our account manager. Steve (COO, Growthfluence) led consultations along with a team of seven, which included web technology experts, a copy expert, and a graphic designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the strategic program rolled out internally, we’ve seen a 17% increase in internal referral hires. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We coordinated the program through ClickUp. There were standup meetings on Monday afternoons involving Mathew until the program was fully developed internally.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Growthfluence was extremely knowledgeable about the HR industry. They knew what we were trying to accomplish. Every interaction further clarified that. Growthfluence’s technical expertise created a clear execution pathway for our team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were slight challenges in interacting with the copywriter that was part of a different team. We had to route conversations through Mathew.
