What were your goals for this project?

Since we’re primarily a B2B organization, we wanted to focus on gaining the mind share (i.e., awareness or popularity) of our potential customers. We also wanted to decrease the sales cycle time through an improved website.

I was referred to Growthfluence through my network. Joseph (Chief Growth Officer, Growthfluence) impressed me with his knowledge and enthusiasm on the subject matter.

Growthfluence handled all of the website design, SEO, and online marketing. Their team suggested improvements and curated our web content by including keywords in our copy. They also offered recommendations on communicating with third parties.

What was the team composition?

I initially worked directly with Joseph. Then our account was handed off to an account manager and supervisor. We also worked with their creative and programming teams as needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales cycle time has been considerably reduced from more than 180 days to an average of 73 days.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were never any issues regarding workflow. We set a schedule at the beginning of each initiative. Both sides adhered to the schedule, which could be revised through mutual agreement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I don’t really have a good reference point because I haven’t worked with many companies in India. What’s important to me as a CEO is that Growthfluence was reliable and trustworthy. They were upfront about what they could and couldn't do. Joseph was so down-to-earth and grounded. He made sure they delivered what he committed to doing, and he managed our expectations well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. Growthfluence was a solid, reliable, and trustworthy agency.

We vetted several digital consulting firms. Team members referred Growthfluence, and we chose to go with them because of previous work they’ve done for similar projects.

After an initial call and project brief going over what the project would entail, we met for a series of discussions to talk about data mining. Growthfluence delivered a recommended roadmap entitled “Radiant Social,” which was an employee advocacy program complete with reference hiring.

There were several steps within the program. First, receive leadership buy-in, then orient the team around “Radiant Social.” After organically onboarding the employees, an active repository of digital assets will be created. That included internal stories, product announcement, a corporate blog, case studies, and e-book content.

What was the team composition?

Mathew (Operations Manager, Growthfluence) was our account manager. Steve (COO, Growthfluence) led consultations along with a team of seven, which included web technology experts, a copy expert, and a graphic designer.

Since the strategic program rolled out internally, we’ve seen a 17% increase in internal referral hires. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We coordinated the program through ClickUp. There were standup meetings on Monday afternoons involving Mathew until the program was fully developed internally.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Growthfluence was extremely knowledgeable about the HR industry. They knew what we were trying to accomplish. Every interaction further clarified that. Growthfluence’s technical expertise created a clear execution pathway for our team.

There were slight challenges in interacting with the copywriter that was part of a different team. We had to route conversations through Mathew.
