Someone who worked with them previously referred GrowthBoost to me. I liked how their company was organized. I also liked that they focus on small groups of people.

So far, we’ve invested about $6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with GrowthBoost started in October 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over the last two months, they’ve brought in leads for us. We’ve scheduled meetings, which was the main KPI for us. At a bare minimum, we try to schedule three meetings a month. I think they guarantee a higher amount than that, but they’ve been close to reaching that goal.
How did GrowthBoost perform from a project management standpoint?
GrowthBoost has been good from a project management standpoint. Our account manager has been great at communicating. They’re always on top of it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They created a website dashboard, which I never experienced with a lead generation team. It is helpful to stay on top of things using that system.

No, not really. I’m getting what I need out of their services.

We researched several similar service providers. We selected GrowthBoost based on their understanding of our problem, and the complete service that they provide.

GrowthBoost took our input for our Ideal Customer Profile, selected the companies, sourced the contacts, wrote the content for the outreach, set up the system, and executed the program. They provided the interested companies as well as companies that are interested but requested follow up in the future.
What was the team composition?
We interacted with the account manager as well as their customer success manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
GrowthBoost dramatically surpassed our goals. We have over 15 active leads with 10 more leads that require development and follow up. We have paused our campaign until we are able to work with those leads where we are actively engaged.

There is so much noise in the market for all forms of sales outreach that it is very difficult to attract the attention of the people that we are trying to reach. At the start, the team spent a good amount of time interviewing us to narrow down what clients we needed and what the copy should be. The email campaigns are meant to introduce people to our products and services. If they’re interested, they write back in. Our goal is to receive RFQs.

I’ve never done an email campaign before, so I have nothing to compare them to. It’s just nice because I feel like GrowthBoost takes care of everything. We did some of the groundwork with them, and now they just take care of it. The leads are coming in, so I think their process is pretty good.
