I worked with the owner on a previous iteration of the application.

Muhammad had a familiarity with ourproject and goals.And I was familiar with his talent.

We tasked the growth move with taking an audit of our existing web application, which was developed in flutter by a designer that went MIA. They took inventory of all the key features that were necessary to make our app function and rebuilt it on native iOS and Android with a better, more intuitiove UI. They also had to migrate ownership of the application in their respictive stores from a personal account to our business account.

We excahged several emails to outline our goals. They summarizezed our goals in a proposal. When we accepted the proposal, they got to work, checking in with us frequently. We would schedule in person meetings to discuss progress and report milestones. They have always been prompt to respond. We never felt uncared for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The talent and professionalism. It was a stark contrast from what we are used to. They never flaked, and they cared about our success.

Make maintenance plans more comprehensive and accessible... Or perhaps more tailored to the app they built us. Units of time can be exceeded or excesses may rollover. It's difficult to track.
