To let them know what we do, our basic beliefs, and how we intended to represent it in design, we started with a launch meeting. After that, the team worked to produce wireframes showing the layout of each page, which we could either accept or modify.
After they were satisfied, the developers built the website, which allowed us to make more changes. Working with the team was a pleasure since they showed me how to alter the website along the route, which allowed us to be more independent and make changes more quickly. Following team approval, we launched the website and kept an eye out for any problems.

Numerous customer reviews have expressed how much they like the design.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
One contact was initially assigned to us for the wireframe phase, then that person was replaced for the development phase. We requested to work directly with the project manager after realizing this was unclear and that some contact had been lost. This worked out better. Our primary means of communication was email, with the odd team call as well.
