We hired the Growth Accelerators (GA) team to manage our SEO and Email Marketing campaigns. Our goals were to create awareness about our company, nurture our email database and ultimate goal is leads.

We were approached by a number of digital marketing agencies. What made us select GA was firstly, their research skills, be it our industry or competitors , they were thorough and that gained our confidence in them. Secondly, their marketing approach was crystal clear and logical. And ofcourse their costing also was within our budgets.

In SEO, they manage our search console, fix website errors, SEO implementations on the website, do blogs and content for us and create backlinks regularly. In email marketing, they had set up the email platform, create content and templates, manage the campaigns. Monthly reports.

We have a client servicing person regularly in touch with us. Then we have also communicated with their content writer and seo specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are ranking on Google's first page for our primary target keywords like "Best GMAT Online Coaching" and "MBA consultants for abroad". Our website traffic has increased by almost 70%, since we started. We have been regularly getting messages and calls from Google maps listing of ours. Our email campaigns as well have good response in terms of open rates and responses.

Team Growth Accelerators are thorough professionals , proactive and creative. We do weekly calls for a quick snapshot of the work and get monthly reports with previous month's performance and coming month plan of action.

Their management's commitment and flexibility with start-ups like ours is commendable. Our domain is fairly new and we have many big companies in our industry who were already dominating Google search. To get our website rank for such highly competitive keywords is phenomenal. I would specifically mention their data measurement and analytical skills. In our growth journey as a company they have been excellent partners. They go out of their way to make recommendations, which have been a great value add for our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel there is always a scope of improvement. We've had satisfactory experience with them. Nevertheless they could also look at building a video creation team, as that is one of the requirements companies like ours constantly have and would be nice to outsource everything to one company.

They provided SEO support for almost a year so far. I can't tell you what tools were involved, except WordPress for sure.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When they started my firm was coming up on pages 2 to 5 for my primary set of keywords. After 9 months, they now have us showing up on page 1 of Google for 5 or more of my keywords.

The workflow is smooth and our communication has been great.

Impressive would be their level of documentation and reporting. Unique would be how accessible their CEO is.
