Once that was sorted out, Marcin took over communication planning, content and new website planning with management and execution. Those are the biggest projects, but there were more ad hoc actions. It was like having a marketing manager without investing in full FTE.

Those numbers tell everything. Its YOY result for organic traffic: Clicks: 2150% increase. Impressions:1500% up. Marketing delivers us a great part of hight quality MQLs. There are some more KPIs we were tracking.

One of the first steps was organising workflow in Notion (a project management tool). That increases work efficiency and transparency and positively affects reaching our goals.
