Although the partnership is still ongoing, Growkal Studio has built a distinct website for the client. Moreover, the team regularly communicates their projects' updates and progress. Please describe your company and your position there.

Hemphouse BG is a CBD brand, one of the first CBD brands in Bulgaria. We are official representative of MAGU CBD Austria in Bulgaria.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Growkal Studio, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to develop a CBD brand and online shop. The target was to cover initially bulgarian market and later other countries on the european market. We hired Growkal Studio to design and develop a brand new Website and to develop the company's online presence and to advertise the brand in google's platforms.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Growkal Studio was recommended by our partners, who already used their services. We have done interviews with 2 companies (Growkal was one of them) and after discussion of the future projectq, timeline, cost estimate etc, we have chosen Growkal.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting and discussed our goals and timeline. The team delivered mock-up design in Figma and adter a few iterations, they started and developed a custom Wordpress e-commerce website, which suits our brand and identity.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The main contact person was the Project manager, but we were in contact with their UX designer and developer as well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The building of the website was the starting point of our business, that's why it's difficult to evaluate it.

We has weekly updates with the Project manager, who communicated with the rest of their team (by e-mail and Slack). They managed the project in Monday.com and shared it with us for daily updates and progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered a unique website and taught us how to update the site content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don't had any issues with the work or website.
