--outlining an affiliate marketing program for us

--implementing our new PartnerStack software application, and

--writing/populating content within the application.

He helped with outreach and taught us how to approach prospective affiliates.

We had periodic meetings to review the the progress.  He exceeded our expectations regarding the implementation of the new software.  He was asked by our principal to finish the project with a quick deadline, and he met that deadline.

He provided an excellent plan, and he shared several graphics and experiences that helped us understand how to scale the project.  Nick was always helpful, and he was quick to respond to our calls or emails.  (We are not in the same location.)  He provided clear direction on how to move forward with outreach.

I worked with Nick Cotter and Growann during my time at ShipBob, Inc. He was hired as a strategist and to implement marketing strategies related to our affiliate program. This included everything from optimizing funnels, SEO, keywords, partnership agreements and scaling the affiliate program.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nick was phenomenal at introducing and vetting quality partners that he knew would bring in great demand for our business. He's wicked smart when it comes to SEO optimization as well as encouraging partners with efficient strategies so they can be successful as well sending quality leads our way. As a result of his strategies and support with implementation, we were able to expand our affiliate program and bring on many new partners that helped drive traffic to us.
