We are ground handlers within the cruise industry. We are the leading Irish company who solely handle all arriving cruise vessels into the entire island of Ireland from international destinations. I am the CEO of the company.

We contacted GRIP as we wanted to design a bespoke programme for our daily needs. Our goals were to cut the amount of time we previously spent on preparing for our incoming visitors and to handle them all in one place more efficiently.

We met with Jarek (through recommendation) and we were so impressed with how quick he was able to understand our industry and our needs. Something that takes others a lot longer. it's a very unique / niche market but Jarek understood it within weeks.

The scope of the work included starting from a blank canvass right up to personalised program which works just for our company.

We worked with the CEO - Jarek but we also dealt with some of their service staff who all had the same mentality and work ethic as Jarek and that was one of great efficiency.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have found that this new bespoke system has saved us so much time and money as it's a 'one stop shop' for all our needs for processing and delivery for our clients. It has been a unique and super useful tool for everybody within my organisation and one that we wonder how we managed without before.

They are super efficient and all requests and queries are answered in a timely manner which is wonderful as our business is 24/7 in the summer months so efficiency in replies is hugely needed. When new additions were added to the project they completed these within the time frame requested by us.

Their attention to detail, their quick understanding of our product and their willingness to teach us and drive it forward - making it a unique tool for us in our daily efforts. They were extremely efficient and anything that we requested was dealt with and developed to the standard and expectation that we had.

Not in our case. We would choose them again without any hesitation.
