During the initial consultation, the company promised to generate a specific number of leads per month. These were approximate figures ranging from to. We discussed the work several times and agreed to give it a try.
Two months later, 3 relevant leads were generated instead of 30 per month. After the first month, we complained about the situation and were told that we were targeting the wrong country and should do it in the US, where there are many more leads. We agreed to this attempt as well. One month later, we had one lead.
We then spoke to the management again about the failure to deliver on the promised results and looked for a solution that was acceptable to both sides. We suggested a partial refund. This was agreed, but two days later they changed their minds.
All in all, we were lied to and what was sold to us for a lot of money never materialized. I therefore recommend that everyone steer clear of this company.
