I work for a designer shoe company and I run the social media marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grid Communications, and what were your goals?

We hired Grid Communications to create some engaging video content/ads for us. This is an on-going thing as we've loved their work and they continue to push us to think outside of the box while staying true to our brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed quick turnover without sacrificing quality. We needed someone to understand our vision and not push it too out of the box but still encourage forward thinking. They certainly delivered.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

They took care of all stages or pre-production, filming and post production. They took care of casting, lighting and providing some props as well. They are very thorough in their storyboards and time everything out perfectly. This can be challenging given that our ending video needed to be 15 seconds but they really worked with us to make it happen.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Working with Raul and his team was a pleasure. There was a sense of professionalism without being too dry. The team was highly personable and able to adapt to our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

These ads generated more awareness for the brand which we were able to piggy back off to convert customers. Our executive team was thrilled to see us incorporating video content which we all know performs much better than static. As a company who has needed to innovate and expand their creativity, Grid Communications helped us achieve a level of content that we wouldn't have been able to before.

They provided detailed workback schedules, storyboards and conducted meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page. They kept us in the loop every step of the way

Really strong video capabilities with quick turn around.
