    I’m the founder and CEO of a trends platform.

    OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

    What challenge were you trying to address with Grepix Infotech Pvt. Ltd?

    They’ve helped me with a lot of projects. The biggest of which was a social media app. I needed a software developer for the iOS version.

    SOLUTION

    What was the scope of their involvement?

    They helped from start to finish on a two-year project. We didn’t have access to much open source material at the time, so the whole app is custom. They built the account management, login, user database, and security features. The app operates as a sort of stock exchange and news outlet for trends.

    They oversaw several features and were principally in charge of the backend development. I was a fairly hands-on client, and I managed most of the graphics and UI.

    What is the team composition?

    I worked with three people, which included a project manager.

    How did you come to work with Grepix Infotech Pvt. Ltd?

    Another third-party vendor recommended them. We had a great kickoff and started right away. I’ve used them for every project since.

    How much have you invested with them?

    We spent around $50,000–$60,000 on this project.

    What is the status of this engagement?

    We worked on this app from 2014–2016.

    What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

    We kept a timeline for each release and update. They kept to that timeline throughout the project and were always on schedule.

    Their project management skills are a major part of why I keep going back to them. They do very well, and our team never has any issues with their team or their code. I refer them all the time, and we’re all very happy with the quality of their deliverables.

    What did you find most impressive about them?

    They’re honest and never take shortcuts. They always provide accurate estimates, and working with them is pretty simple.

    Are there any areas they could improve?

    They’re very dedicated, and I can’t think of anything they should improve. It would be great if they were in the same time zone as us, but that’s not their fault. The time difference hardly gets in their way anyway.

    Do you have any advice for potential customers?

    Be as open and transparent as possible. Be honest about your knowledge and abilities, and they will fill in the gaps. I’ve tested the market, and their advice, pricing, and code are always rock solid. There’s no reason to go anywhere else.
