We contacted Greensighter about the state of our site following advice from a colleague. We have a serious image problem on our site. Our statistics show that we have between 500 and 1000 visitors per week to our site but only 10 to 30 sales per week. Thanks to the work of Greensighter, we have increased the number of customers by up to 110%.

We needed a well structured design on our platform, which will be a preliminary designed solution to for our online store. So Greensighter helped to build UX from scratch.

We have a 4 week discovery phase, where they provide the analysis of the design, as they took time to understand objective and provide a roadmap. They delivered the wireframe and PDF's of all pages that is designed.

Our main point of contact is David. He kept us updated throughout the project. We do have a call with other 2 on Google meeting too.

They deliver an appealing design, we've shared it out to others and none of them has given a bad feedback on it. Our group are so much in love with. They really spent a good amount of time to understand what they create.

They were flexible and very easy to reach, We had weekly meetings and David is always ready to pick our call.

We were impressed with how fast they respond, even though they are busy, they still keep in touch with us.

Their team conducted a research to determine the web app UI/UX and functionality in which they created a low fidelity wireframe using Justinmind. After this we performed the integration ourselves which allow us to change both front and backend in AuditBoard.

We collaborated with 2 - 3 people who we did the project together from start to the end.

We are pleased with the designs as it makes our dream fulfilled. Now we've implement it to a preliminary platform. Though the app is yet to went live.

I get to know them through a friend which they designed his real estate website, I hired them because what they delivered to my friend then looks so nice.

They design our website via coding exactly to the design and option we provided them. I'm glad with arrived at our goal which is it been mobile friendly.

We found them through our in-house staff, in which after we interviewed them, they gave us preliminary UX guidelines and their hourly rate which is fully okay by us.

They arranged a series of discovery sessions to understand the scope of the project with the plans. They started designing the UI elements and also the screen of the interface creating a pipeline where a screen was being designed. They also give us feedback at each checkpoint.

We worked with one project manager, two designers and one engineer.

We were pleased with the delivery of the first version of the UI. We started consumer consumer testing shortly thereafter, and the platform proved to be successful.

We have complex product creation and delivery process. We had a lot of manual actions related to the process. It's was time-consuming, and took a big resource to accomplish. We needed a user-friendly and user-centric platform that will automate the manual process and optimize resource usage.

We researched the UX/UI market, companies. We dive in deeply to identify the agency that can deliver problem-solving design. We also checked design portfolio platforms, researched lots of projects, and finally discovered Greensighter and its attractive portfolio.

Our process started with providing all the necessary information from us and defining business and design goals. After they did big research, understood the market and industry, they did user research, competitor research, defined problems, and came up with the relevant solutions. After research, we started the architecture phase.

The design team created the information architecture, user flow, and based on it they created wireframes. After receiving approval from us they started to work on the UI part. During the design process, in each step, we had consistent, productive meetings and discussions.

My team worked directly with the UX designers team, with the project manager, motion designer, and UI designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are steadily reaching to meet our strategic goals as soon we upgraded our UX/UI web design. Thanks for the smooth and effective collaboration. They delivered things right on time and brought the plan to reality. We are sure that their work had a positive impact.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For the high effective workflow, they recommend we work ClickUp project management tool. We worked with the scram model and had short sprints every two weeks. Our collaboration was on a top-notch level and highly effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a polished and optimized design process that allows to define user problems and solve them in a realistic time period. The team was incredibly experienced and each design decision comes with a solid base.

Not that I can think of. They do a great job and hopefully we'll have new collaboration for our next projects.
