We brought Greenlights on board to redesign our website with a clear goal and that was to improve performance, make the user experience smoother, and boost conversions.

They approached the project with a solid conversion mindset backed by data from the start.

They kicked things off with a deep dive into our current site, looking at how users were interacting with it, where we were losing people in the funnel, and what the performance data was telling us. That gave us a solid foundation to build on.

From there, the team crafted a clean, modern design that felt much more in line with our brand. They focused on usability, making sure navigation felt intuitive and that calls to action stood out clearly.

Honestly, the experience was really smooth overall. 

If I had to pick something, I’d point fingers at Zoom as a platform. We ran into a couple of small glitches during our calls.. We then moved over to Google Meet and all went really well. This was more of a tech issue than anything with the team itself.
