I'm the CEO of Selective Technologies, Inc., a water treatment company.

We reached out to greenGabbard for web design and development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

GreenGabbard designed and developed our website from scratch, focusing on specific industries we work within that we wanted to highlight in order to increase engagement and web traffic.

What is the team composition? 

I worked directly with the owner.

How did you come to work with GreenGabbard?

I met the owner through a friend and liked what he had to say about how he'd approach the project. He was genuine about prioritizing our company's needs and willing to meet with me to discuss the project a few times. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested just over $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2017–January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Business partners and clients alike are very impressed by the new website greenGabbard developed. We've had many clients call us based on the professionalism of the site alone, and it's receiving a ton of compliments. 

How did greenGabbard perform from a project management standpoint?

He was great to work with overall, exceeding expectations on many tasks. Requests I expected to take hours would be completed in less than an hour. We communicated mostly through email, but also met in person on a handful of occasions to go over progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

He keeps his word and tries to turn projects around quickly to save the client money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't name anything.

Keep all lines of communication open throughout the engagement to ensure they understand your needs thoroughly for the best results.
