What was the scope of their involvement?
Basically, Green Leads LLC’s work for us revolves around endlessly attempting to create feasible contacts. We’ve trained them on how to present our product and services, and they’ve taken everything in and put their own spin on the process as well.
Their team creates and manages a list of potential companies and organizations based on our own parameters, with the intent of organizing meetings for our sales representatives — the goal is always to determine whether or not those companies are interested in getting professional services from us for unified communications.
Additionally, they filter out this list to determine which companies are really a good fit for us. By creating these points of contact and asking them to visit our website to get to know the company, they also help us boost our web traffic.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Linda (COO). We work with 3–5 of their business development representatives.
How did you come to work with Green Leads LLC?
We read a lot about different companies in the same industry and looked at different reviews as well. We decided to interview Green Leads LLC because I really wanted to know how familiar they were with the telecom marketplace — we happily chose their services based on that.
How much have you invested with them?
There’s no fixed rate because we pay them monthly based on qualified meetings, but we’re spent around $70,000 so far.

Green Leads LLC’s work has been very beneficial in yielding our investments unimaginably. There've also been great upticks in the opportunities for more specific industries like education, financial, and legal services.
How did Green Leads LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
Linda is always available — she gets back to me all the time. She takes everything into consideration and always consults with me before making any decisions or determining a company’s qualifications. We always work it out with Green Leads LLC because they have a very cooperative team supporting us. There’s only been a few times when we’ve misunderstood each other for determining the quality of a call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best thing about Green Leads LLC is that they make results happen for us. I’ve worked with other companies before which drove us to disastrous results because of lack of training or miscommunication — this is the first time that I’ve not been let down. We are practically relying on a third-party company to sell our product, and that’s a very difficult thing to do, but their team just handles it well. They’re very cognizant of who they’re representing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven’t encountered any incident that suggests that.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Get a clear picture of what you want them to do for you and train their team to properly market your product or service. That’s the key — they’re a smart team that can effectively and quickly make things happen for your business. You can’t go wrong with Green Leads LLC.
