UrbanMatch is a new age matchmaking app that is trying to bridge the gap between casual dating apps where users don't have motto of getting stick into serious relationship and matrimony platforms where parents make most of descions. Our concept is best suited for the millennial that are looking to find meaningful relationship that eventually leads to marriage.

GoProtoz built UX/UI on a much more detailed level. We focused on what works, how we improve our product, and how we engage people. We focused on user retention, experience, and engagement when building the interface. Overall, we tried to focus on what the best version of the product could be and what colors and tones inspired the modern-day application users, especially when it comes to Gen Z. Initially we provided them some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, and they did a great job running with them and creating the final user interface for the myweb app

We are happy with the deliverables from the team. We are delighted with the application; their work has fulfilled our vision at the start, helping us create a user-friendly and easy-to-use application

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had meetings one on one daily or every alternate day. During sessions, they shot ideas back and forth, and we also had timely discussions. The team went beyond scheduled call timings many times in order to fully solve the issues being discussed and provide closure. The meetings on google meet were also recorded for reviewing later, which I found to be helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

GoProtoz's ability to understand our business thought and creativity is impressive. They obviously have experience in every industry they're going to work in, and the team can quickly understand our detailed processes and come up with the best solutions infused with creativity are fantastic. What I find the most impressive is the speed with which they can deliver results and create a reliable product, and their very visual and iterative approach to design, where I could see the product vision evolve before my eyes.

We learned about them via mail from their previous works and case studies. We were fascinated by the portfolio of their company. GoProtoz nailed the project by chalking out the best framework to meet our needs with a result-driven approach.

We wanted to develop an app right from scratch, an app with hybrid intelligence. The app was expected to perform on multiple wearables. The app needed to be unique; we wanted the app to track the user's health and suggest some health measures, such as real time heart rate, current/recent physical activity and Ayurvedic Solutions. We provide personalized meal recommendations based on user's health and target.

There has been an excellent response to the platform. The application gathered good traffic from existing and new customers who were happy with the ease of user flow. Moreover, the integration with upstream assets and real-time analytics helped us get a clear picture of the activities.

The design delivered had been tested for increased high user engagement and satisfaction. Both the website and apps have a scalable design taking into account the customer experience.

We've worked directly with the Project Manager as the primary point of Contact but we had full access to the design team and collaborated well with all the members of the team including UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers. We had an amazing time working with the Goprotoz team. The project was very easy to track, and the team was transparent in sharing the progress of the work.

The team was fun to work with. The whole team support was fantastic. They were really impressive in listening to the requirement and framing the design. Their main motto was to deploy on time without any delay. The Project Manager led us in a meticulous way of doing things.

Even in this case the parking safety and security is unsure. Entire excitement will go in vain, in these case of scenarios the guys come for the rescue. Stages are ux research, wireframes, visual designing and prototype.

There were two critical aspects of the project,

1. Designing a product UI, which is simple yet does not lose the essence of its functionality (i.e. being a product being used by the Treasury team, day in and day out) and providing them all the critical information in the most presentable format.
2. A product UI of International standards, as the product is being launched on a global level, therefore, it was critical to ensure the product UI is developed with international standards.

What was the team composition?

The team composition was of UI UX designers and front-end developers. From time to time, functional consultants from our team were also involved to facilitate the understanding of the product from the end user perspective.

The product UI has been phenomenally appreciated during the focus group discussions. The product is yet to be launched in the market with this new UI, therefore the outcomes are yet to be observed. But the feedback so far from all the key stakeholders has been highly positive.

The challenging portion of the project was to address multiple user involvement in each purchase flow. The large corporates, whose product needs to be showcased with step by step process without creating much ambiguity to users at every fulfilment amongst the different stages.

The main focus was onto building elegant sales pages for large catalogues and its product detailing pages having features like clear visibility and readability.

The design to be crafted such that it responds to every typer of mobile screens without compromising on the grade.

We were accompanied by Senior UX designers, Senior UI Designers, Head of the Design and Project manager. Each of them helped us to get all the project delivered as per our requirements and within the deadline period.

Our stakeholders and initial user testing were conducted. Their insights and scores on particular sections showed us, the product built by the Goprotoz team is user friendly .

The product also addressed all touch points of user journey in a well defined, professional manner. The users are now able to navigate through sections and place the order with much ease than before.

We worked closely with the Design Head and Project Managers.

Regular daily meetings, helped us to instruct them at every steps of the project. This brought agility to our product development and we were comfortable in bringing new changes every now and then.

All together we had one ultimate goal to make the product less complex, and smoother for the users.

Customer experience has been our core interest and GoProtoz holds very strong interest in the same. They helped us to understand "how UX brings competitive edge to our product".
