The web application is crafted to help employees and individual to improve, share, connect with knowledge between individuals. Hence the project journey is very critical to navigate between features of the app. We wanted to bring user profiles ias highly interactive and usable. The product has to manage two different set of users without drastic change for B2B and B2C which was a challenge to achieve. So we hired GoProtoz to design it according to the requirements.

We have highly engaging user interactions with simple and intuitive design applied on the product. The product features and user interface designs balance for both B2C and B2B flows and it became much easier and engaging for our go to market strategies. The GoProtoz helped us in building an artificial intelligence-based mobile application which helps users to streamline their work schedule with its calendar view. they can easily enter new tracked hours, see there a week ahead, and insert breaks whenever needed. They can also use voice commands to capture the tasks data. Exporting the data is easy, so reporting and archiving becomes hassle-free.

We are in stealth mode, not yet gone live so cannot share the details. yes in three months it will be live.

Almost we are 90% successful on UI/UX development and nearing our end of the first version out.

GoProtoz was hired to design UI/UX from scratch where companies can Effortlessly load data from any source to the desired destination, in real-time.

dView team will build the platform which includes Data Accessibility Layer, Visually discoverable insights, Elasticity and scalability, Authentication inbuilt.

After giving a complete brief about our idea and visions, the first step they started off was with designing stage where they prepared a Sketch of our web app, planned the workflow, Wireframe the UI.

And next we started developing clickable prototype, which we have hosted on our platform and currently we are on developing the entire app as per the design.

The delivery was pretty good and they are amazing at their work and I'm pretty sure that users will like the interface and this platform will help us create a digital presence in the market.

They were very professional in manner of there approach, work methods and all the communication happened in the specific channels. They make sure to complete the project with in the given timeframe and if there are any problems/issues, we did quick sync-ups with their design Lead to solve it at earliest.

I found the team very approachable and ready to hear us and resolve issues on priority. Overall the project went with ease and GoProtoz team did a great work.

I started with a simple google search, where i checked out top companies there reviews, and several other aspects, based on this I shortlisted few companies , had a conversation with GoProtoz and several other vendors. and the reason I hired GoProtoz was they understood what we wanted clearly when compared to others and the aspect which stood out for me was, in our early meetings they prioritised explaining the process of work in detail rather than bragging about their work like others which I really appreciate.

We wanted to build a app from the scratch where users will be engaged in watching ads and they can interact by giving likes, dislikes or video views and the best part of this app is while being involved in a social media activity they can earn attractive rewards, so here users can engage, gain knowledge, entertain along side they will be rewarded for the activity with great offers.

This app will be launched for both IOS and Android users. The team started with design and creation.

That was followed by creating a prototype, from there they coded each page of the app keeping the minute details in mind which involves specification given by us, the team made on-point designs and after a few adjustments we kicked off the project.

During the development phase, the team was very transparent and maintained a very clear communication in progress. We are now very close to launching and the team provides an impressive amount of service on adapting details to be ready.

Our main source of contact was Mr. Udhay who is the founder and CEO of the company, apart from Udhay we had 4 more members who were Manager, UX & UI Designers as well.

They say, you don't have to be best, but to be the first in the market and in our case we were first as well as best because GoProtoz did such an amazing job, the overall quality of app is phenomenal at this price.

As we are still in the launching phase the involved directors and members of our company are delighted of what has been accomplished, and i am sure the deliverables will help me create a presence that makes us stand out in the space.

I’m confident that our users will be impressed with the interface and the idea behind the launching the app.

They’ve done an exceptional job with providing me with different points of contact. They’re were very professional. They have a very organised system for approving tasks within the scope of work.

For what projects/services did your company hire GoProtoz?

Our first attempt at creating a marketplace in the fintech space we would required fintech experts to guide us on user experience design and define user flow accordingly based on business concepts. Our essential requirement make a fintech product with great usability to get quick wins in market.

What were your goals for this project?

The project is an ambitious fintech startup that connects overseas payment transfer decisions (Bank, Card) with our target end users. We also needed the web UI to be easy for navigation. Our project required some heavy lifting on the data visualization of the data and it had to be done simultaneously in collabration with the development team.

I got to know GoProtoz from my entrepreneur networks and chosen this team based on quality works done before with other startups.

Describe the project in detail.

We are creating an fintech product that are going to have wide user bases and demographics. We wanted create an application that will be used by user around the word. I wanted to build strong user focused product that works seamlessly selling and buying currencies from one country to other country.

Firstly we focused on the mobile screens as mobile first approaches. Team worked on brainstorming, defined user workflow and information architecture for the app. After the wireframes for the screens are designed we moved for visual design phase and got the project done with prototype. Once the app in market scaled fast ane extensive support can bury a finanicial hole for sending amount to overseas.

What was the team composition?

We ended up working together for few months, until the design matured. We got a manager who gathers all our requirements and communicates with the designers and helps to bring thoughts for iteration. We have reviews with designers and developers as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

GoProtoz team came up with simple, intuitive user flows, eliminating the unnecessary steps and keeping Mokita even more innovative product approach with its seamless for the users when we tested internally. We were able to test with my internal stackholder and found the app designs have exceeded our expectation of making this app user friendly and working.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Team was often accessible, and other team members also responded promptly that made the workflow easy with the agile ux process. They are strategy first design company. It focus first on the ideas and concepts and later to go for moodboard and sketching the user interfaces.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The GoProtoz team is full of experts in UI/UX design solutions like no other agency in the market. Importantly they allow more iterations to evalue as product. GoProtoz contributes for product ideas stage as well with research data. The leadership team showed their domain expertise and gave excellent final product designs.They deliver as per the commited deadline. They truely care about client satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are good with result-driven web UI and UX deliverables. No doubt.

The project is a Fintech based, We wanted our project to accomplish all the high-level incorporatations to meet the banking domain standard. The project had high security end for user transactions and acceptance, the company understood the security concern and its requirements, produced the design as per our protocol.

We had a team of UI Designers, UX designers, Illustrators, UI developers and project lead. The lead took all the responsibilites to meet the requirements.

GoProtoz led multiple whiteboard brainstorming sessions with our team. We explained the current process of how a customer registers on the app, how the outlets are displayed, the menu structure, and the payment/confirmation process. They documented all the information from each meeting and shared it back with us to confirm their understanding. Then they held further meetings to develop prototypes of screen flows and rendering. Once we were all on the same page, they delivered the final product.

What was the team composition?

Our main point of contact was a project manager. In addition, their designer and developer attended all meetings.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re satisfied with the end result. The feedback from our users has been quite positive. We’ve heard comments that the updated app looks refreshing, and that the menu display structure is much more user-friendly and easy to understand.

Communication was a breeze. The project manager stayed in touch through WhatsApp. GoProtoz sent regular project updates through email. They also used Trello, Slack, and Skype effectively to keep all stakeholders up-to-date on their progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the attention we received from GoProtoz. Their communication was transparent, even in situations where delays were expected. That went a long way in helping us plan our other development activities and roll-outs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I’m hard-pressed to find fault with anything during our engagement with GoProtoz. They’ve stayed in touch post the product-launch as well.
