I’m the senior brand manager of a frozen cocktail brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Good Conduct Creative Agency?

We were seeking an agency to run our social media for us, handling everything from community management to content creation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After filling this role, they transitioned to serve as our creative agency of record, supporting everything from sales material generation to POS software design and whatever in between. In total, they’ve helped build the aesthetic of our brand. They created our website for us and ensure all our content has the same look and feel.

Their social media work focuses on Facebook and Instagram. Good conduct Agency develops content, engages consumers via community management, and they handle posting. They’re a white-glove service. They do the creative development as well. They handle everything under the sun for us on the organic front.

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with two people, the two co-founders: Rob (Executive Creative Director) and Travis (Co-Founder)

How did you come to work with Good Conduct Creative Agency?

An acquaintance of mine connected us when they started up in 2020. They were hungry for accounts and were spreading via word of mouth.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since February 2021. They’re on a monthly retainer now for both creative and social media services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve gone from pretty much zero followers to 5,000 year-over-year, and that’s strictly because of their efforts. Our ad recall rate was 10% last year, and that’s almost six-times what new brands typically see, which speaks to how unique their content is. Our new followers are also within our target audience. Regarding impressions, they’ve blown away the KPIs we’ve set.

On the qualitative side, we get compliments all the time from business partners and consumers that our social media is very engaging. People enjoy our lifestyle focus and the content and voice that we utilize.

How did Good Conduct Creative Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re incredibly organized, and communication flows easily between our main contractors. Travis serves as our account manager. We meet weekly, as well as stay in touch daily to go over projects and deadlines. There’s never been a time when I’ve asked for something — whether it’s been a one-day turnaround or two-week turnaround — and they haven’t delivered on time. Most often, they’ll deliver it ahead of time.

We keep ourselves organized with Google Sheets and communicate over Zoom and text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

At the end of the day, they’re a small but incredibly agile team that acts as a true extension of our brand. They've gone above and beyond the initial contract of acting as a purely social media partner to build a foundation for our brand that humanizes us. Our platform is a truly engaging one, rather than a transactional one. We’re almost living and breathing, in a digital sense. I can’t speak highly of them given the level of detail, blood, sweat, and tears they put into their work. Their content is unparalleled, in my opinion.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Personally, I don’t have much to say, as it’s been a very positive experience for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There isn’t anything I would tell someone that’s working with Good Content. I plan to continue working with them, and not strictly as a social media partner; I hope to integrate them into different facets of my business.
