The project team spent a considerable amount of time on my website design and the results were amazing. I love my website and I am extremely grateful for the outcome of the beautiful outcome Payel was just incredible, she listened to every details and together with her team, they delivered a beautiful website. I'm the owner of a booking platform. We use mobile apps to market restaurants, nightclubs, boat cruises, and hotels.

What challenge were you trying to address with GOIGI?

I needed a company that could develop a mobile app for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired GOIGI to develop a mobile app. The original scope of the project was supposed to last 45 days, but they haven’t delivered the final app yet.

What is the team composition?

I’m in direct contact with three people from GOIGI, including a manager, a developer, and a salesperson.

How did you come to work with GOIGI?

I found GOIGI through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent more than $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and the engagement is ongoing because they haven’t delivered the app yet.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

GOIGI has not finished the app yet. I have invested a lot of money in this project, but there haven’t been any returns yet because of the delay. I have lost income because of this.

How did GOIGI perform from a project management standpoint?

GOIGI does not deliver on time and does not stay within budget. They’re constantly asking for more money, and they’ve quoted a low price but have many hidden costs. I have been reaching out to them for the past two months, but I haven’t received any response, so I left them a bad review on Google. Only then did they call me to ask to take the review down and promise that they would finish the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There is nothing impressive about GOIGI.

They should stop lying and be more transparent.

Once I paid a fee upfront, they wouldn’t respond to email, phone calls, or Skype calls. They never provided a refund, either.

No one had any information about my deadlines. I didn’t receive any help from them after sending payment.

There’s nothing I can say.

We interacted via the telephone and emails for three months. We very quickly realized that they were a team of highly creative and capable experts.  We decided to invest with Goigi, and began to interact with their sales department.

Goigi developed a world-class quality and extremely dynamic website.

We worked closely with their sales representative, project manager, and developers.

We are now officially launching the site and expect a phenomenal outcome.

Goigi is extremely patient with us and offers us a lot of opportunities to reach our goals. Their sales team communicates well with us which gives a great foundation for our business project. We have a solid understanding between our companies and a mutual respect for quality work.

Their very high level of professionalism and politeness.
