I’m the founder of a small fine leather goods brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Go Social?
We hired them to start building the brand awareness of the company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Go Social planned a six-month campaign that was geared towards helping us establish our brand awareness. One of the goals of that was to help us launch our web page. The team also handled our Instagram and Facebook ads. Their work involved creating content, posting photographs and videos, and gathering data using Facebook Pixel.
Currently, we’re creating different goals with them. From brand awareness, we’re now moving towards digital marketing campaigns. One of our plans is to let them handle our LinkedIn.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with five people, including Pam (Co-Founder), an account manager, and administrative lead.
How did you come to work with Go Social?
I looked for small digital marketing offices in El Salvador and found 3–4 companies. I stumbled upon Go Social on Google and Instagram. I then reached out to them and they laid out their plans for my project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend around $600 a month, which includes expenses on ads.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership started in July 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Go Social has been able to grow our Instagram and Facebook. In addition, we’ve made several sales through Instagram. From 500 sales a month, their work has helped us increase sales to 1,000 a month. Overall, we’re very happy with them.
How did Go Social perform from a project management standpoint?
They do things right, but there’s still room for improvement. If I have to rate them, I’ll give them 7 out of 10. We mainly use WhatsApp, phone, and email to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very creative, and they’re able to do various things that we want. Go Social listens to our ideas and lays out structures in order to achieve our goals, too. Their strength lies in their ability to make things happen.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The Go Social team sets high expectations for us, and we haven’t been able to meet all of them. As an example, we haven’t been able to give all of the photos and videos they’ve asked from us because of our lack of resources. Despite that, we’re satisfied with what we’ve been able to achieve with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Share a lot of ideas and inputs with their team. Work with them to structure the deliverables that you want because they’re good at reaching your goals.
