What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We grew our revenue significantly over the time we utilized Go Interactive both from new clients as well as current clients, which was a testament to the quality work that their developers and QA testers provided. Our NomNom product evolved significantly due to the stewardship of the Go Interactive developers, and the platform is markedly better than it was when we started our work with them. 

Our Go Interactive team members were some of the most sought-after resources available within our Technology team, which is a testament to their capabilities and ability to communicate effectively with our english-speaking employees and client stakeholders.

Our project managers managed client projects that Go's team members were a part of, however when it came to administrative tasks we needed from Go such as cost changes, adding headcount to the team, coordinating team get-togethers, and especially making sure everyone was safe as the Russia-Ukraine war started, Go Interactive's administration staff was excellent and always delivered on their committments, even during wartime.

Their culture fit was perfect for our already-established US-based culture. They fit in perfectly, always communicated extremely well, set expectations with our team members on when work would get done and any blockers they were encountering, and were full participants in the evolution of our NomNom product.

No, they were always very flexible with our changing needs and I never had a criticism on the work we received from them.

• System Design and Customization: Go Interactive was tasked with designing a self-ordering system tailored to our unique requirements, focusing on user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with our existing POS systems. 
• Management Panel Development: The creation of a management panel by Go Interactive was pivotal for enabling real-time oversight of data analytics, inventory management, and workforce allocation, all through an intuitive interface designed for maximum usability.
