Our aim when we hired globalsoft was to design and optimize our new website to improve its user interface and user experience. This included creating a more intuitive navigation system, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and integrating interactive features that engage users and reduce bounce rates. With that, our objective was to  build a secure and scalable social platform or rather a marketplace. This platform should include advanced features such as personalized recommendations, a streamlined payment process, ID verification process, multiple payment gateway integrations, and a comprehensive order management system to support our expanding client line. 
They also designed and implement a custom CRM system tailored to our business needs. This CRM will facilitate better customer data management, streamline communication processes, provide insightful analytics, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention. We also leveraged them to integrate advanced data analytics and reporting tools into our existing systems. This included setting up real-time data dashboards, automating data collection and analysis processes, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
