We are a group of photographers who offer budget services to individuals as well as businesses.

We hired Globalmark to help us with our overall branding and website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a creative website for our photography studio. We wanted to have a fresh and professional look.

How did you select this vendor?

Globalmark was a referral. We chose them because they had a great portfolio and matched our budget.

Initially, Globalmark created our overall branding, including the entire logo concept and tagline. We had a great experience with that service, so we also tasked them with creating the website. They gave us three website concepts and six logo concepts, which were more than what I asked for.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an account manager and a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It felt like they knew what we wanted and needed for this project. I was quite excited at how fast they delivered our website. We just had minor tweaks before launching the final product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They have fast and professional communication. They even answered my emails at night time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were extremely fast and creative.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their payment method was a tad confusing.
