EnvCure Technocrat LLP is an Ahmedabad-based startup, and I’m a co-founder and one of the partners in the company. We have our own manufacturing facilities in the industrial area of Ahmedabad, producing machines for waste-material handling and processing. We’re an OEM of machinery for composting, plastic-waste recycling, and more.
What challenge were you trying to address with Global Vincitore LLP?
We started the business in 2018, but we didn’t have a commercial website. As a result, we started searching for a good web developer and SEO provider in 2021.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Global Vincitore LLP designed and developed our website from scratch. They put together a suitable team for us after we finalized the agreement, and we gave them photos and other content. The team implemented a blog on the site, and they were also involved in the content writing and editing of photos. When we gave them raw materials such as product explanations, they studied our product line in detail and refactored the content for the website.
They initiated the SEO process after handing over the site two months ago. They’re also handling maintenance and updates, which include implementing changes on our product listings. Furthermore, we’ve recently launched a new composting machine, and we shared the photos and technical details with the team so that they can include them on the site.

Our technical staff has mechanical backgrounds, and we don’t know anything about coding and SEO. Despite that, Global Vincitore LLP is very supportive, and they’ve been able to build the website just from our basic descriptions of what our products are and how the site needed to work.
Thanks to the team, our site is easy to use and is being utilized by our team and our customers. The site also makes it easy for visitors to understand our products. We already have an established name, so it’s important to have a website in place for people looking up our company, team, and facilities. If someone has a query, we’re comfortable directing them to the website.
Currently, we have the website open during business meetings, in order to showcase the features of our products in detail. Instead of using a brochure, we can open our homepage directly and explain things. On the SEO side, we’ve received 150,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $28,600 USD) worth of orders last week.
How did Global Vincitore LLP perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re happy with their work. We have 30-minute Zoom meetings with them on Fridays to discuss our SEO and the website, with participants from both of our teams. We also use email and phone for communication. Global Vincitore provides us regular reports on our website activity, and we’re able to track leads, too.

I’m the marketing head for a manufacturer and exporter of solvent dyes. Our company exports products around the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with Global Vincitore LLP?
We wanted to revamp our marketing strategy. That entailed rebuilding our website and doing SEO and digital marketing campaigns. To do these things, we hired Global Vincitore.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Global Vincitore rebuilt our website from scratch. The site used old technology, so they revamped it and used newer technologies. We gave them our requirements, and they gave us various design options in wireframes. From there, we proceeded on rebuilding the site. In terms of design, we wanted to incorporate the color scheme of the old website into the new one.
In terms of requirements, we needed a WordPress site that my team and I could easily access. We also required a contact page where our customers could email us. Apart from that, we also wanted our customers to understand our product across multiple pages. As a result, the team also developed a product page. We also had a company page, where we put our mission and vision to help customers better understand our products and company.
Our team also used Global Vincitore’s SEO services. Their team had worked with other chemical companies before, so we thought they already had expertise in doing SEO for companies like ours. They offered to do social media marketing, but our team didn’t do a lot of social media ads. However, their resources helped us with blog posting and backlinking. We also used their services to transition to Microsoft Exchange as our email hosting provider.

Overall, the engagement was truly positive.
Global Vincitore made many other recommendations, but we didn’t follow through with all of them. For example, they recommended posting blog updates every month, but we didn’t do that. Nonetheless, we still ranked highly for particular keywords that we targeted on the first or second page of Google search results.

Their project management was good. They hit deadlines. Global Vincitore defined the process and timelines we had to follow, and they did everything efficiently. Our main communication tools were emails and phones. Sometimes, we also used WhatsApp.

We have a good relationship. They always understand what is in it for us. When a vendor understands the importance of the project for the client, that is when it becomes a successful relationship. I think Global Vincitore understands that, and they’re good enough to do it on time and provide us with all the necessary tools.

We have a relationship with them, and when you develop a customized tool and software, that becomes important. What makes them stand out is that they always understand how we are going to use it and how useful it will be. They are upfront when there is something that isn’t great. As of now, I have not had an opportunity to say where they could improve because the relationship is still ongoing, which tells you that it has been good. I look after the export and commercial planning for Navratan LLP. I’m handling a new product and I look after the IT side of things as well. There are a lot of branches in the group, such as pharmaceuticals. Navratan is especially for PVC. Overall, we have more than 500 people at our headquarters.
What challenge were you trying to address with Global Vincitore LLP?
With the COVID-19 situation, all businesses have been going online. We were trying to get an audience, but we were facing many challenges in the B2B segment. Nowadays in India, we have other issues, in which we have to also go to the retail sector so that people can know about our firms.
Nowadays, everyone is using a mobile phone. We didn’t want to sell online, but we wanted to increase our traffic. We wanted people to visit our website and know about our organization.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team provides content writing and design for our website. There are a lot of new things on the website such as blogs and an FAQ. Their team also worked on SEO and PCC services for us. They used JavaScript and, I believe, they used PHP for the framework.

When there were some corrections that needed to be made, I pinged him at night and he wrote me back within seconds and told me it would be done by tomorrow morning. They never said no and didn’t have an excuse for anything. I got full support from Nilang.
We also had meetings in our office. Our team made suggestions and Nilang was very interested in the project. I felt like it was a family environment where I could say anything to him. I got enough response from him and it wasn’t like dealing with a vendor. It was like working with a family member and he treated me like that, as well.
If I didn’t have time to sit with him, I could ping him on WhatsApp to discuss certain things or changes. When it comes to meeting deadlines, I was a little bit late in replying, but they would constantly follow up with us.
For example, there was one week I was very busy and Nilang was following up with me regarding what I had to do and the changes we need to make. They delivered before the deadlines and we didn’t have any delay issues with them.

There are lots of companies in India so once you get that feeling of family with your vendor where you feel comfortable sharing your own ideas, it is the best thing. I felt comfortable with Global Vincitore and could share my own ideas. Nilang made suggestions as well.

I’m the CEO of Aasaan Tech Pvt Ltd., a construction tech company. We built a B2B tool that assists in project conception and project management.
What challenge were you trying to address with Global Vincitore LLP?
We needed someone to develop our apps.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We outsourced our entire app development to them. They developed the web app, the Android app, and the iOS app. We built the tech tool and the ERP system which assists in conception management.
We built it on CodeIgniter. The mobile apps were native applications. On the frontend, we had PHP. We used the MySQL database system and our app has 20 modules. They finished the core product development in March 2020. With the pandemic, we reduced the resources.

The construction industry has certain things that need to be managed on the financial side. If we have to integrate our system with those platforms, building these APIs was a very nice value add which they gave. Their architecture and business analytics have amazing quality.
They understood the conception requirement and translated it well by delivering an IT solution that would help us. When there are bugs, they fix them. The design has been amazing. Whatever was delivered, we were very satisfied.

The project management has been good. There used to be some delays but they were very marginal. We never had any complaints. They took their time. The project management processes are managed on Trello and Slack. They update the code after every sprint on GitHub.

They have core expertise in designing and they spend a good amount of time making sure everything is right. They ensure that the design and wireframes are done in a very correct way.
We became good friends over a period of time. We started working with them when we were in a very native stage and we both understood each other quite well. They’re very competitive with price.
