My company did handle the services in house, but then we started to get too many employees and it got too time consuming. So we switched from in-house to Global Payments. By doing so, it's easier to use and saves us time.

It integrates into our company software so we don't have to input the data ourselves, witch in turn saves us time we could use for other activities around the company.

Our goal was to eliminate in house payroll and to accept credit cards from our business at an affordable price.

They provide a easy to use payroll system that helps our company keep track of employee attendance and onsite payment solutions so our business can accept major credit cards to stay competitive in our industry.

They bill us every month and the amount is different based on how many credit card transactions we have in that given timeframe.

I used the Google search engine to look up payroll and credit card solutions. Then, I compared features and user reviews of some other companies and decided that Global Payments looked like a company that would be suited to our business. Then, I signed up for a representative from their company to contact us.

I think they offer great high quality service. Our company has had no problem with using their service, it is fast and easy to learn to use and was easy to set up with our existing software.

I would have to say that Global Payments saves our company about 13 hours and $1200 to $1400 a month by using them.

We use TouchNet through Global Payment services. It has helped us with receiving payments from not only students but also a vast net of other customers from sales and service programs, which are offered throughout our campus. It provides us with a consistent method of receiving payments and reporting. Although challenging at times, it has been user-friendly.

Almost 50% of our workload was reduced because we are now able to take automatic payments online. We have very few walk-in customers, if any. This has freed manpower so they can focus on other things and has completely taken off the need for extended office hours.

It was so we could have an efficient and streamlined process of receiving tuition payments from students and others.
