We use TouchNet through Global Payment services. It has helped us with receiving payments from not only students but also a vast net of other customers from sales and service programs, which are offered throughout our campus. It provides us with a consistent method of receiving payments and reporting. Although challenging at times, it has been user-friendly.

What type of work does your internal staff avoid by using a back office service?

Almost 50% of our workload was reduced because we are now able to take automatic payments online. We have very few walk-in customers, if any. This has freed manpower so they can focus on other things and has completely taken off the need for extended office hours.

It was so we could have an efficient and streamlined process of receiving tuition payments from students and others.
