GlobalIQ Services was responsible for designing and developing a complete web-based software solution tailored for Jaunty Jodi Investments’ forex trading operations. The primary goal was to create a secure, scalable platform where our clients could log in, monitor automated trades executed by our proprietary trading bot, and place their own forex trades with ease.

The scope of work included:

• Requirements Gathering & Technical Consultation
  - GlobalIQ collaborated closely with our team to understand our business model, trading strategy, and user needs. They helped refine the platform’s core features based on both technical feasibility and user experience.
• Platform Architecture & Backend Development
  - They built a robust backend system to connect with our trading bot and forex data providers via secure APIs. This included real-time trade tracking, account management, transaction history, and data syncing.
• Frontend Development & UI/UX Design
  - GlobalIQ developed an intuitive, user-friendly web interface where users can log in to view live market data, account balances, and bot activity. They also implemented charts, dashboards, and trading screens optimized for both novice and experienced users.
• Authentication & Security Integration
  - The team integrated secure login functionality, including two-factor authentication (2FA), encrypted data storage, and role-based user access controls.
• Admin Panel
  - A custom-built admin dashboard was delivered, allowing our internal team to manage users, view trading logs, and configure trading parameters.
• Testing, QA, and Deployment
  - GlobalIQ performed testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and handled the cloud deployment of the application with ongoing performance monitoring.

The company demonstrated strong project management skills. While there were some delays, they communicated effectively and kept us informed throughout. The delays were mainly due to changes in our MVP requirements, but they ensured we were always aware of the impact and worked closely with us to adjust timelines as needed. Regular updates and clear communication helped keep the project aligned with our goals.

What stood out most about Global IQ Services was their cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. Their team maintained excellent communication, even with our time zone differences, ensuring seamless collaboration. They were also very receptive to our feedback, actively incorporating it to improve the platform, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.

One area for improvement was the initial invoicing and payment process, which had some minor hiccups at the start. However, this was promptly addressed and resolved within the first month.

From day one, they set up clear processes using agile methods, but with enough flexibility to adapt when our priorities shifted.

What stood out most was how they communicated. Instead of robotic status updates, we had real conversations—weekly syncs that actually solved problems, not just reported them. When we hit snags (like when third-party API delays threatened our timeline), they didn’t hide behind excuses. Their team rallied, proposed workarounds, and still delivered Phase 1 two days early.

They used Jira, but kept it simple—no overwhelming dashboards, just a clean tracker we could both understand.

All milestones shipped on time, including three major features ahead of schedule. That consistency paired with their willingness to listen and tweak things made them feel like an extension of our team, not just another vendor.
