When we started our business, we had our own IT department, but since working with Global Bridge Solutions, we haven’t needed them. We have a few support guys on staff, but we use their team for all of our IT related needs.
How did Global Bridge Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their chief coordinating officer and the project manager have been extremely helpful. Since we’re located in the same city, it’s easy working with them. If something isn’t clear, Global Bridge Solutions calls or comes over and looks into it for us. Their team is patient, even when we had an issue with delayed payment. We use HubSpot, Trello, and Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their flexibility is what makes us confident in Global Bridge Solutions. Their team is full of excellent problem solvers. If we don’t like their proposed solutions, they’re happy to suggest something else. They’re willing to work extra hours or assign more resources to meet deadlines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Global Bridge Solutions could improve on marketing their business better. They would receive an increase in clients if they put themselves out there.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients should assign them a short pilot project. That’s what we did, and it worked out well.
