I’m the CEO of Cylid Technologies, a technology company that works with the local government.

We hired Global Bridge Solutions for help with IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Global Bridge Solutions is our technology partners when it comes to custom software development. One of our initial projects with them was related to stock exchange and trading. It involved changing algorithms and applying machine learning to help with outputs. Based on those models, we required data and tests on that data. They used Python, Django, Amazon DevOps, and technologies based on a Google platform.

We’re working with their team on five different projects. They’re handling SEO work and developing an agile app for our internal use. Global Bride Solutions is assisting us with another SEO related project, a CRM product for our partners, and real estate project for the government.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is their chief coordinating officer. For the stock exchange project, there were five to seven people involved.

How did you come to work with Global Bridge Solutions?

Global Bridge Solutions was recommended to our company by a mutual partner we were working with.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $100,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Global Bridge Solutions in 2017, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we started our business, we had our own IT department, but since working with Global Bridge Solutions, we haven’t needed them. We have a few support guys on staff, but we use their team for all of our IT related needs.

How did Global Bridge Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their chief coordinating officer and the project manager have been extremely helpful. Since we’re located in the same city, it’s easy working with them. If something isn’t clear, Global Bridge Solutions calls or comes over and looks into it for us. Their team is patient, even when we had an issue with delayed payment. We use HubSpot, Trello, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility is what makes us confident in Global Bridge Solutions. Their team is full of excellent problem solvers. If we don’t like their proposed solutions, they’re happy to suggest something else. They’re willing to work extra hours or assign more resources to meet deadlines.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Global Bridge Solutions could improve on marketing their business better. They would receive an increase in clients if they put themselves out there.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients should assign them a short pilot project. That’s what we did, and it worked out well.
