I am the MD of Comsure.

Our website was created 2 years ago in UMBRACO which we found hard to use and there was little cost effective support in Jersey. Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop a WordPress site for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We searched online for web developers in our area and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed the changes needed

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full-stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We have regular stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We use Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've given us professional and timely services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we see the need for updates and bug fixes, we let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

I’m the director of an IT company. We work with clients around the world.

We are a small company and needed to outsource some IT services.

GIRIRAJ DIGITAL helps us with development tasks. They specifically focus on applications in PHP, and applications and CMS systems in .NET. Their team will be doing a full application from scratch in the upcoming project.

They reached out to me via email with a couple of follow-up emails. I decided to respond and learn about them. When I spoke with Kalpesh, I felt they were trustworthy. I had worked with other companies who didn’t do what they promised. We gave them a small task at first, and then increased the amount of work.

We began working together around November 2019, and it is ongoing.

They have shown themselves to be capable, honest, disciplined, and responsible. I’m so happy with the work they’re doing for us.

Overall, they are helpful. There have been some minor delays, but nothing significant or unreasonable. Communication is good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

GIRIRAJ DIGITAL is always welcoming, making clients feel valued and appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to communicate the plan and timeline better, so clients won’t have to ask when the solution will be delivered.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are a good team, and I recommend working with them. To get the most out of the engagement, be clear on details, document all requirements, and make sure they understand them. Ask them to provide a clear project plan and timeline.

The web solution had to meet the strict project requirements, ensuring a high level of quality throughout and providing a great user experience. The finished site had to work well on all devices and be modern in terms of design and functionality.

We were looking for software engineering support.

We gave them the scope of work for them to implement. They developed a widget in ASP.net, residing on Umbraco. Our website was set up by them, amongst some other projects.

I searched several job search engines and I kept seeing GIRIRAJ DIGITAL. After reviewing their work and previous clients, I was pleased with their knowledge and skill set to implement the type of Microsoft work we needed.

They knew exactly how to translate my concept into a finished product. They also fixed any bugs found without complaint.

In terms of meeting deadlines, they’re great and very responsive. In fact, the timeline set was for six months but they finished it within four months. I never had to ask for an update because they kept in touch daily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They participate in the process, giving pushback when ideas may cause problems or not work as desired. I was pleased that, as an offshore vendor, they worked in the same way we do here. There were no gaps in language or time delays.

I’m the CEO of Kraft, a software company in Germany.

What challenge were you trying to address with GIRARAJ DIGITAL?

I needed someone to develop an app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GIRIRAJ DIGITAL developed our e-commerce web app with .NET. It’s a multi-channel platform where online retailers can sell their products. The software that they built is for different customers. 

We initially had several phone calls and meetings, during which we told them what solution we needed. We had a kickoff and a smaller project first. Then, they developed the whole app for us. We now have a maintenance contract.

What is the team composition?

There are about six people, including software engineers, a tester, a UI tester, and a key account manager.

I visited India years ago and knew a few programmers from GIRIRAJ DIGITAL.

We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.

People are happy with the product, and we’re very happy with their work. We’re planning other projects with them.

We work using an agile approach. There haven’t been any problems. The team responds quickly. We use Skype, email, and various other platforms to communicate. I’m happy with the communication; it’s very concrete. They meet the deadlines they set.

They have a positive attitude and show commitment. The communication is quite clear, and they’re very relaxed with my speech problems.

We’re a booking service that operates in the entertainment business. We’re currently based out of Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

What challenge were you trying to address with GIRIRAJ DIGITAL?

We wanted to build a platform that was flexible and dynamic enough to adapt to changing market requirements. We needed a platform that could succeed in multiple markets, since our all-encompassing services include booking for cinemas, conferences, seminars, and whatever else that requires ticketing.

Our platform features integrations with different ticket providers (such as cinema owners and event organizers) so we had to keep their requirements in mind as well.

GIRIRAJ DIGITAL is building our platform using ASP.NET Core MVC and C# on the backend. For the frontend, they’re utilizing AngularJS and jQuery. In the beginning, we held frequent meetings going over specs and requirements. After launching the development phase, we held hour-long status meetings where we went over progress reports.

What is the team composition?

My main points of contact are their business development manager and the head of the technical team. They manage a team of 5–6 that's comprised of front- and backend engineers, database architects, and UI/UX designers.

How did you come to work with GIRIRAJ DIGITAL?

I was researching India-based development providers. I found their online profile, and contacted them.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost so far has been $47,000–$48,000. They’re now held on a maintenance contract.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with GIRIRAJ DIGITAL in January 2019 and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The engagement has been very successful so far. GIRIRAJ has not only delivered upon the project scope but has extended their consultation and support at no additional cost. They take ownership of the project and effectively convey that they really care about the relationship.

How did GIRIRAJ DIGITAL perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great in terms of scheduling and sticking to deadlines. I can trust that they’ll deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. They have an amazing aptitude for not only software development but navigating business as well.  

They have good project management tools and methodologies, which helps our remote teams stay on track. We communicate mostly through email, and initially, we were using Freedcamp to track our work. GIRIAJ consistently provides status updates and progress reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think their ability to think outside of the box is outstanding. They don’t just go by the book—they analyze our unique requirements and provide different approaches that we hadn’t considered before. As a result, they deliver the best solutions. Their creativity and innovative skill have allowed us to expand our business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d appreciate if they had more mobile development resources, like a React Native expert. I believe they’ll soon expand their team to accommodate that.
